This book is merely a repetition of his earlier book but easier to digest. Some of his recommendations are questionable. Not all of the book is useful and it is "dumbed down". Review:They Really dont want you to read this book. Application of this book to your personal life will give you the key to open doors. The mind is very powerful. Khaled used his mind to drive him to never fail to push his talents inside those doors. Review:Great cookbook, nice quality & always like a cookbook with photos. The recipes are perfect for anyone wanting healthy recipes, Megan's are excellent, easy and by far the best. I'm trying to eat cleaner, eat fresh foods, a little bit Paleo and a lot of anti-inflammatory choices and this book has all of that. Review:I purchased this book along with the Slim and Sexy book that was recommended by my doctor.After skim reading the Slim and Sexy book, I thought perhaps this book might have more specific information. NO such luck. The book is in serious need of editing to take out all the "fluff", but then, it would only be a couple of chapters at best.
