Review:Do not buy, half of these comments are probably paid off or asked to write the review. Bad book, do the research yourself because you will learn more and get the info you need. All this book doe (aside from support the author for his half witted opinions) is cover common sense items that if you don't understand already then you shouldn't be doing business. Read more
Review:This is an excellent book. Not only are the lessons outlined clearly and supported by solid examples. You learn much about what Lincoln had to deal with in his life and the multitude of challenges he faced once in the office of President of the United States.
The book is a quick read with chunks that can easily be digested. Mr. Phillips provides a nice format for both learning and understanding. This is a must read if you want to learn valuable lessons and tactics for leading or if yo... Read more

Review:Not a real book, but as explained before buying it a collection of blog posts.
I loved reading through Mr. Cuban's personal experiences and stories and there were some very good points. Just starting a business I could relate to the points made. The book is like you would expect from Mr. Cuban, down to the point and in plain English. Nothing too complicated.
My only point of improvement would be that is almost was too short. I wish there would have been some more experiences from M... Read more

Ohanian effectively explains that with the invention of the Internet, entrepreneurs now have the freedom to create and run lucrative businesses without going through conventional and often daunting avenues. As long as you are willing to learn some basic programming skills, taking your idea to the World Wide Web is easy and extremely affordable. Ohanian reflects on his positive experi... Read more
Review:Terrible. This guy thinks that every square millimeter on a page should be filled with print. The result is that it takes way too long to read a page. Not exactly the formula to pique a stranger's interest. Read more
Review:It was an excellent book but it does, perhaps unintentionally, show what is wrong with Boards of Directors. Bob Nardelli was CEO of The Home Depot for 7 years and while sales doubled, the stock was essentially flat, while employee morale was low. What point is a BOD of they are not overseeing how the CEO is running the company. It should not having taken 7 years to realize they were off the track and get rid of a CEO.
It was a very interesting read and shows that with hard work and persev... Read more
Review:Great book. All audio books available for this are incorrect. They quote some other book. Its best to stick with the paperback. Get a spare notebook and at least an hour or two when reading each chapter. Read more
