Review:Good book for the most part. It explains things well, with some instances where you really need to read closely to understand what they are talking about. They give lots of example problems in this book. The examples are nice, but sometimes they don't seem to follow a logical order and they are hard to follow what the author did to get the answers. Wiley Plus is a program that goes along with the book and it is very expensive. If you need it, it is almost better to buy the book brand new wi... Read more
Review:I recommends this book to anyone who admires unique adventure. Though there is of course fiction, there is much historical truth and fact. Truly a page turner filled with nail biting anticipation. Fantastic experience which will no doubt keep you very entertained. Read more
Review:Fifty-one does not have the ambition of one-thousand-and-one but in a way it seems to be the same project except that the size of the stories may vary a lot from two pages to twenty. They all are united by some element of fear and horror, at times fright and terror, but the themes are changing a lot with some kind of a pattern. Let’s take some examples.
These stories are centered on characters who have something negative going on with their family circle when they have one, with themselve... Read more
Review:Portable Edition-- What does this mean?
The portable edition of Literature: An Introduction to Fiction, Poetry, Drama, and Writing, Portable Edition (11th Edition,is broken up into four(4) smaller books, each covering one of the units in the standard edition. The pages in the portable edition are the same as in the standard edition-- meaning, even though the book is smaller vertically, the words on the page will still be the same as in the standard edition. Keep in mind the original/standard b... Read more
Review:This is a highly rated undergraduate textbook on classical mechanics. The best feature of this book is that it is written for a sophomore. It only expects students who have taken a year on general physics, and assumes the mathematical background of a typical sophomore. Since classical mechanics is the first serious course in the Physics curriculum, this book presents a very readable and logical book for the students at the right level. Review:This is classic Twain. It is hilarious. If you want some entertaining reading, this is a great choice for a medium length introduction to Mark Twain. The "negro dialect" is easy to read once you get the hang of it. You do need to get past the use of the "n word" though as in many of the writings from that period. The almanac quotes keep you waiting for the next ones. Read more

Review:Amazing, OBVIOUSLY. This was one of the first books that I read where I thought to myself "Not one word in that book was a mistake". A wonderful book, one of my favorites, and one I will read time & time again like it's an old friend. Read more
Review:Nearly everyone has general knowledge of Watergate and of the efforts by reporters Woodward & Bernstein to unravel the cover-up of the Watergate burglary (and their subsequent efforts to uncover and expose a massive White House effort to derail the campaigns of the democratic presidential candidates).
This books is for those who want to go beyond general knowledge. The book also shows what a challenge it was for Woodward & Bernstein to root out information and to separate truth f... Read more
