This book is sorta science fiction meets dystopia. Now I love dystopian novels but I wasn't too sure about the science fiction aspect. After reading this book I'm sure... sure that I like science fiction! Because this book was great.

Review:Been excited to read this book for ages. I have read almost every book by Marie, and I have loved them all. Was a little bit nervous about this one, because I wanted to love it so so much. Review:The Xoe Meyers Trilogy was a pretty good YA read. The characters are believable even with the fantasy elements. It's a quick, fun read. There are some grammatical errors, but overall, an interesting story line. I wish the rest of the books were free. I'd read them! Read more

Review:5 stars - IF I was under 18yrs old, terrific, easy, science fiction book. But being an older adult, the story lacked more historical background of Rook's fairy world. It felt there wasn't enough story time w/ Isobel's family, & the town, Whimsy. And w/ Rook's, we barely know his background & the history of the Alder King & how it all came about really. Review:I've read the book "The wonderful story of Henry Sugar and six more". It's a book containing seven short stories. The longest one is the story about a wonderful person called Henry Sugar, an egoist who whants to change his life and become more like Robin Hood.
