Review:I enjoyed this book, but I have no idea what Tahereh Mafi was trying to accomplish with it. I totally sympathize with Warren, and I want him to get Juliette. I remember how badly I wanted things to work out for Juliette in Adam in Shatter Me, but I don't care anymore. I need Warren to get his girl! Mafi's emotional writing style is back in full force. But I'm sure Juliette's not going to go for Warren who I think is the more interesting choice now. And I want to see her help redeem him. I think ... Read more

Review:The world building was great (though I wish the accents were explained) and the plot was intriguing and original. I'm only taking two points off because the constant one liners and vulgar exclamations felt forced and tired after the second chapter or so, and also there were a ton of mistakes. Misspellings, wrong words (rouse instead of ruse???). I don't know if Weil has no editor or if the editor is horrible...but I hope this issue gets fixed before she publishes the sequel. Read more

Review:There were some spelling and grammatical errors that are always distracting in published work. Near the end the pace was very slow, too descriptive for that stage of the story. There were times the characterisation felt sketched in and not artfully shown through action or dialogue. It's clearly a book 1. With all of that said, it was a fun quick read, I will still think about the characters now I'm done. If you like the synopsis, read the book. Read more
Review:I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
Siobhan had me hooked from the very beginning and read nearly half of this book sitting at work during my shift. I was completely addicted to the writing and this angst driven story. This was roller coaster ride I never wanted to end, scared at every turn, and reeling when it was all over. There were so many twist and turns I'm still having a hard time dealing. I loved every minute reading this book and I need time to recuperate from that ending... Read more
Review:This book is so touching. I love this book so much i will most likely be rereading it again!! I started this book on the same day i finished it, i just couldn't stop reading it! It's such a powerful story and its nothing like any live story i have read in the past! I recommend it to everyone. Just can't get over how good it is. <3 Read more
Review:Fairly good story but the characters developed too fast. I appreciated the ending, how Ezra didn't need a girl to define the rest of his life. Until the end, I expected a typical manic pixie dream girl story but was reluctantly surprised. Read more
