Review:Best paleo cookbook (apart from Well Fed 1), and really great cookbook all around. My nonpaleo people enjoy the recipes as well. Great, robust flavors and wonderful use of easy to find spices and ingredients. Flexibility of recipes makes the book at least 3x more valuable. This and the original are my two favorite cookbooks to date. Well done!! Read more

Review:I have a few cocktail books and am very selective about the ones I buy and this is the best cocktail book I've ever read. Review:Great cookbook, nice quality & always like a cookbook with photos. The recipes are perfect for anyone wanting healthy recipes, Megan's are excellent, easy and by far the best. I'm trying to eat cleaner, eat fresh foods, a little bit Paleo and a lot of anti-inflammatory choices and this book has all of that. If there is a recipe that I can't consume I can usually tweak it to fit my food preferences but that is mostly flours and certain grains so I just pass over those...there are so many ex... Read more

Review:This is a must read for any aspiring bartender or mixologist... It is a good grasp on "where things came from", why they are called what they are called, and the love for BITTERS! it aint classic if it aint gotta bitters! haha no but this is a great read if you can't get your hands on the Savoy Cocktail book and there's a ton of information including Procedures for each drink and WHERE to purchase every product he talks about. Review:John Palmer's book is a quintessential addition to any brewer's library. It can guide a new brewer through the steps while giving a lot of useful information to more advances brewers.

My only criticism is that some times Palmer can go a little deep into the technical details (formulas, chemistry, etc) earlier in the book than I would have liked when I was just getting started. Review:This book is absolutely genius. If you are looking for a slow cooker book, you really need look no further than the Great American Slow Cooker Book. First, each recipe is adapted for three sizes of slow cookers. So no matter what size cooker you have, you can make each recipe without trying to figure out the proportions yourself. I've never seen that feature in any other slow cooker book I've read.
