Review:My 3.5 year old daughter loves this book and I love hearing her cute little voice be able to identify "Avocado" and "Artichoke" etc. My plan this summer when both kids are home from school is to pick a new food from each letter and introduce it to the kids each week, using the book as the excitement to try something new. Review:I expected this book to have a little more structure in building and executing an argument but it does not do that. It instructs the reader to be passionate, tell a powerful story, and speak from the heart. This all makes sense but I was looking for a little more practical advice. There are some good segments but in many chapters I found myself wondering if what was written was the author's stream of consciousness at that point in time. Read more

Review:The book is about Zachary. Zachary is a very fat teenager. It was also about Toby. Toby's mother left the home. A guy named Cal is in it. He's brother went to fight in the Vietnam War.

The part I hate the most was when something happened to Cal's brother.
