Review:The Basics:
On the night of a Christmas Eve blizzard, Jubilee is trapped in a strange town after her parents’ arrest, Tobin and his two best friends embark on a quest for a Waffle House full of cheerleaders, and Addie is determined to prove her capacity for selflessness at least to her friends, if not to the ex she can’t let go. The three searches for love, each written by a different rightly renowned YA author, interlock and collide amid holiday miracles.
The Downside:

Review:For the first and second series of the Earthsea, you'll find in this book suddenly Sparrowhawk, the famous Earthsea wizard, is not the protagonist. The main character has pass down to his accompany, a prince, that aids the wizard's voyage in the sea. The islands of Earthsea is losing balance and magic powers from every continent. Wizards are losing their Name and power, dragons are dying, and even Roke (Wizard school) is dying out its faith among their Names. Sparrowhawk begins a journey to ... Read more
Review:Although I'm a big fan of the first three books of the Earthsea series, I think that this latest book (as was the case with Tehanu), was both overrated and underwhelming. It weighed in at just over 200 pages, which is somewhat anemic, and the book plods along at a slow pace ... and is unfortunately somewhat dreary and predictable.
IMHO, this series should have remained the trilogy that the author first envisioned it as ... books 4 and 5 are just anemic tack-on stories that lack the magest... Read more
Review:I bought this book for my 10 year old nephew (4th grade). He loves to read now but has been through vision therapy for dyslexia. Now that he likes reading, I really wanted to get him some fun books that would just encourage a love of reading a good book. He has been reading this to me out loud and we have both really enjoyed it. I personally like it as much as he does and I'm 44. He has been laughing out loud and we have had some fun discussions about ridiculous premises in the book, like would ... Read more
Review:Ho provides a simple and direct style of writing to introduce the reader to Chase Ryder, a teen aged adventurer who teams up with a genetically modified dog to defy the forces the created the dog for evil purposes. While there is violence and treachery, the book is suitable for all ages and definitely for teens and tweens. While there are a few twists and surprises along the way, the plot is very straightforward. Read more

Review:I am a fan of the series. Honestly, I thought it was a very good read, although frustrating between Dylan and Fang. I love Fang, but this book kind of makes you like Dylan a little too. However, the wait for the last book is much too long! JP ends "Angel" with a massive cliffhanger! And we have to wait a flippin' YEAR to find out what happens! Other than unresolved issues and a frustrating romantic plot, this book was a pretty good one. Not the best of the series, but it definitely holds your at... Read more
Review:This book is one of the best, no the best book I have ever read. The characters are perfect in every way Hanley develops them. this book was the only book (chapter book that is) that I have read in one sitting. I can't believe how perfect this book is! The romance was just enough without getting sappy or leaving the reader dissapointed. Vesputo is the best kind of villain: The truly evil and powerhungry kind. I admired every word or thing that Landen did, and Torina is the best princess characte... Read more
