Review:GREAT BOOK. This one of the best books about meditation. After 3 years of meditation and couple of silent retreats, this book gave me those "Aha" moments. This book simply answered many questions (even the ones I haven't asked) and solved places where I got stuck. I bought this book in Kindle version, but because I want to reread some parts again, I decided to buy physical copy of this book. Read more

Review:Steve Johnson brings upon the argument in this book that modern pop culture is vital to today's society. He defends the idea that video games are a way to stimulate the brain through the invitation for one to explore and challenge one's brain to continue; reality television shows display the hardships in human socialization; television with holds intricate details that piece together into a complex structure. He brings into the equation multiple examples of television programs such as the Sopran... Read more

Review:This a really great book for everyone to read. Per the usual Dr. Grandin blows the doors off stereotypes, and brings science into the equation for the skeptic. It's a great read to learn more about yourself, and the world around us. Understand the fundamental differences that people have and increase the amount of empathy in our culture. Read more
