Review:I had misplaced the first printing of this book and wanted another. I've recommended it to so many people. It's easy to follow and one can successfully adapt each one of the Principles for happiness into his or hers own life. There are enough specific examples that enable the reader to strive for and achieve this state of happiness. Review:Very informative! Kudos to Dr. Bredesen for his countless hours and years of research in uncovering possible answers to someday eliminate Alzheimer's. I believe his protocol could work --even though I don't have Alzheimer's, I do have the APOE gene. I want to do all I can to make sure I can prevent this happening to me. This book was a good read. I enjoyed Kaitlins attitude& philosophies, as well as her account of what happened at Sandy Hook school (well obviously I didn't "enjoy" that but the first hand account was more informative than removed news commentators) . Review:This book is a broken down into segments for every day. Each segment is intended to be a reflection to bring more thoughtful-ness and gratitude into your life. Just reading the first couple of days was enough to tell me I was going to sincerely appreciate this book, and I do. I got the Journal to go with it and have appreciated having a place to write down my responses and thoughts from the daily reflections, which is lovely. Read more

Review:Reading this book is sometimes like looking at my life from the outside! Alexandra talks about her life experiences in a way that every mom can relate. Her diary-style of writing makes you feel like you are truly getting a inside glimpse into her true everyday life.
