Review:My Opinion:
I really enjoyed this book. The premise was amazing. I loved that Maddie could read the dates of people's deaths which she didn't even realize until her father passed away. We are taken on her journey of her father's death and the meaning of those numbers. She is someone you will root for from the first page. This author gives us a wonderfully written tale of Maddie and everything she feels and you feel it with her. You feel bad for her, glad, sad, angry and everything else. I can... Read more
Review:My young kids love it. Our Golden Retriever is hazy on the plot but understands the utterance "good dog." Somewhat predictable, but quite appropriate for dogs and kids. P.S., even the cat like it. She sits on the book when it is not being read. Read more
Review:Love the cat seen from multiple perspectives... The illustrations are big and colorful, and my two month old loves the bright pictures and lyrical and repetitive way the words sound. As he gets older, I know he'll appreciate the book in a different way, learning about mentalizing and perspective taking, which is the beauty of this book. I loved it so much, I bought a copy for my niece for Christmas. Read more
Review:This work is in a league of its own. I've never seen anything as imaginative as this. It even beats the works of Lewis Carroll in that department. You have to pay attention to every word or else you may miss something fantastic.
So many insane sights are described in this book that it's impossible to remember them all. There's a rabbit covered in colorful feathers, there's a striped hippopotamus whose front and back ends walk independently, there's a man shaving a mirror, there's a tr... Read more
Review:Love this story and so do my grandkids!! We couldn't find the book the other night at bedtime so I downloaded it. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was the format. I don't care for this type of Kindle book. I like it in regular book format, a page at a time. This format is too small for me to read. Luckily, my grandkids can read it out loud! Read more

Mrs.Frisby has to save him by risking her life, walking into an owls nest, and barely escaping a certain death from a cat named Dragon! This book is a Newbery award winner and is best for students in 3rd grade. Trust me, this book is INCREDIBLE!!!!! It will make you... Read more
Review:For those who loved Watership Down for all its well-plotted adventures of Hazel and his friends who leave their home warren and journey out into the world, this book will probably pale in comparison. Tales from Watership Down is more a book of short stories, some loosely connected together, some not even related to one another. All the stories in this book are as fun to read as the short stories of El-ahrairha in the original book, but while those stories served mostly to further the plot and ... Read more
Review:I am subscribed to her Zoella channel on YouTube, and I always thought she was a great rolemodel for young adults. This book is a great example of good reading without all the trash that are normally in young adult books. I can't wait for number 2! Read more
Review:These are really cute books and I love them, just FYI they get damaged really easily. Both the one I ordered and the replacement had wrinkles and tears in the spine but the envelope it arrived in was not damaged. It isn't a big deal, but a new book should actually look new when you get it. Review:The cover of the book is printed out backwards so that when you open the book you are at the end and the text is upside down. Since this is a Dr. Seuss book I read it to make sure that it wasn't supposed to be this way (it's not). Anyway, the book looks fun but the printing is flawed. Read more
