Review:This is a review of Neil Patrick Harris' autobiography. This book is a lot of fun. I read it once the "right" way using the choose your own autobiography format, then went back and read it again from front to back. It jumps around that way a bit, but it is stilll very humorous and entertaining. He writes just like you think he would from listening to him on TV. Read more

Review:I found myself in turns smiling, laughing and crying. Yes, it's a fun, witty story about celebrity and show biz. But there's more to this book than the plentiful humor. The stories the author tells reveal so much about his path towards self-awareness and acceptance, forgiveness, love and family. It's like eating chocolate that's actually good for you. Read more
Review:"To Kill a Mockingbird" is the bestselling book of the twentieth century and is considered to be one of the best books of all time. Almost an instant classic upon its publication, it has enjoyed almost fifty years in the limelight, and never fallen by the wayside. Shileds sets out to explore in "Mockingbird: A Portrait of Harper Lee".

Review:I really like how the brothers took turns writing chapters while the other brother added notes. Very insightful on what drives them and more of a personal inside view of their lives so far. So glad I read this book. Read more
Review:Speak, Memory is primarily concerned with Nabokov's life prior to his emigration to America in 1940. Unlike regular autobiographies it is not a traditional chronological sequence of dates and facts, but, rather, Nabokov's memory of certain events thematically linked to the creation of himself as an artist and as the person that he himself is, at present moment of time when he is writing the book. Basically, I think he must have asked himself the question - "Where did I come from and how did I be... Read more
