Hi Tim! You are just so awesome for offering your ebook at such an affordable price. It shows how much you care about helping other people get healthy. My husband is over 300 pounds, diabetic and hypertensive. I hope to make some of these recipes for him . He is extremely picky and eats so much fast food or wants meat at every meal. Thank you for all you and Heather do to spread the plant based message. I love all your short videos you make on facebook too. The one about adding greens to your rice was excellent!!! I can do that too!!! Thank you for making this ebook....I hope it can help my husband to get his health back.

This cookbook is filled with delicious, everyday meals that you’ll actually find yourself making! I love the recipes in here because they are realistic; they use ingredients and seasonings that most of us have in our kitchens and the instructions are easy to follow. I love how tasty everything is! And the personal testimony of how the author and his wife transformed their life by eating the foods from this book are truly encouraging to anyone. I can’t say enough about this book!

WOW!! What an incredibly inspirational story of how Tim Kaufman changed his life around by following a Whole Food Plant Based Diet In this book! Fat Man’s Essential 40 Plant-Based Recipes Quick and Easy Plant Based Food by Tim Kaufman of Fatmanrants.com is a book that educates you on what Whole Food Plant Based Diet is, his incredible story, and amazing easy to follow recipes with pictures.

One thing I loved about this book is learning about Tim and Heather’s story. Where they started out from to where they are now. My heart went out for them in their struggles with their weight as I too have battled with that in the past as well. I love how Heather what an amazing job that Tim was doing and wanted to something about her health too. Supporting eachother every step of the way and growing closer as a couple as they became healthier, fitter, and the pounds came off.

You will get to see their amazing transformation in the pictures that Tim shares. He looks like a totally different person.

Tim gives you a background on the lifestyle of Whole Food Plant Based Eating and why it is the most optimal diet.

This man can cook for me any day! These recipes look amazing! I myself want to make the Fat Man’s Veggie Burger Base, Fat Man Peach’s for Me Oats, and Fat Man’s Crispy Tater Chips. The one that looks so good to me that I think I would absolutely love is the Fat Man’s Garden Gravy!! I must try that one!!

This book made me hungry!!! Now I want to go cook!!

I am always interested in reading a man's experience with food and diet, since it often seem to be a women's domain. So, I was glad to find this book with Tim Kaufman's amazing story about changing his diet. This book is inspirational for the transformation story, but it's especially helpful because of it's recipes. There are plant-based alternatives for everyday basics like salad dressing, snacks and even desserts. Tim's mission is to make quick, easy recipes that will transform your health, but more importantly, help you stick with it. I think he's succeeded, and I'm hoping his story and recipes will help my husband turn his health around. Thank you, Tim.

I don’t know Tim personally, but I have friends who do. The man walks the walk, runs the run and ultramarathons the ultramarathon. Just read his story at the beginning of the book and you’ll realize that he’s the real deal. You got to give a lot of credit to his wife, it seems that she was very instrumental in his change. The book is designed to be simple and it’s a great starting point for those who are thinking about making the transition to a WFPB lifestyle. If you believe that going vegan means eating twigs and leaves, like Tim often jokes about, this book will change your mind. Its value definitely exceeds by far its cost.

You will save time and money and be in control of delicious, uncomplicated plant-based eating. Be aware that a few recipes call for a high-speed blender, but you have many, many more that do not. This ebook is definitely a great buy for the price. It has 94 pages in total with tons of easy and delicious recipes with photos of the recipes. In addition to the healthy and delicious recipes, I also really enjoy reading the story of how Tim and his wife got started on this healthy journey. It is very inspiring and heart warming. I just "happened" to catch his story on a podcast and got hooked and kept following. What I really love obout this book is the simplicity of it and the story that made it happen.
