Of Thee I Sing: A Letter to My Daughters

Very few people know about this book! I bought it for gifts and have my very own copy.
Who knew our president was into a history- growing-up book for his daughters. So delightful to read.
I even took it to India for a house gift. Bravo!

A beautiful book that shows kids many contributors who have made this country great. Love the way it speaks directly to the kids and then gives an example from history illustrating a particular character quality like bravery or creativity.

Again, I purchased this book as an addition to my son's library. How can you not love a children's book written by our national leader? This book is so beautiful in that it inspires children to dream and not limit themselves.

This is such a lovely illustrated book, my granddaughter wants it read over and over and asks great questions about the stories on each page. This is my third book one for her house, one for mine and one extra.

My children absolutely loved this book even before they realized who it is written by. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great read for children and to read to the little ones that are not of reading age.

Am a published author myself; children's books are often the best of all; illustrator here is amazing!!! I thought the choices Pres. Obama made for historic figures to represent his story were terrific; what a gesture for his daughters, and he CAN sing. A very nice book, pretty jacket to have around.
