Perfect Opposite is the story of mobster princess, Sasha, who would really just like to be normal. But when you’re a mobster princess normalcy isn’t on the agenda. When we meet Sasha she has been on her own for a while trying her best to move on after a horrible incident that destroyed her world a few years prior. The only way she could live the life she wanted was to get away from her Russian, arms dealing, mob boss father, so that’s what she did. She was finally able to get her own apartment and enroll in college. Of course her father was always around some way or another whether it was through the bodyguards he hired to watch her building or by paying people to move out of the apartment below hers. But nonetheless, she was on her own, sort of, which is more than she’s ever had. Unfortunately that’s about to change when a threat is put out against her because of her father’s dealings. He really is just trying to protect her and you can’t help but feel a little bad for the guy because of the way Sasha speaks to him, but it’s also because of his ‘profession’ that they are in the mess to begin with. Because of the threat he is sending one of his employees to move in with Sasha and be with her 24/7. This doesn’t fly to well with Sasha since she’s trying to be independent, and not only that but this guy is a total douchebag! How can her father do this to her? So Alex and his tall, muscular, tattooed, gorgeous body move in and her life will never be the same.
I am not gonna lie, this book had me squealing like a little girl at times. The banter between Alex and Sasha is so entertaining and filled with so much tension that I just couldn’t put it down! I HAD to know what was going to happen! The characters were perfect! Although Sasha was a ’spoiled brat’ according to her father, I never really saw her that way. I thought she was very headstrong and determined and I enjoyed her character very much. And Alex.. Oleg.. whatever you want to call yourself it doesn’t really matter because you, sir, are the epitome of what a bad boy should be and us girl will never be able to resist you! Did anyone else picture Joe Manganiello as Alex?!?? :P
Thank you Zoya for giving me the opportunity to read and review this awesome book, and I look forward to reading more!!

Loved this book. I loved how it was written, the characters were great, the storyline was great, and kept me guessing till the end. The author did a wonderful job of making sure you were right in the story with them. The added bonus is that I was able to finish it in one sitting, about three hours.

Alex works for nicholia, a gun runner. Well nicholia gets in some hot water with another armsman, so he has to protect his daughter, Sasha. In the beginning alex and Sasha fight with each other back and forth constantly, but it eventually the heat up both sexually and in the business. Lots of twists and turns, but omg it keeps you guessing. Absolutely love this book.

This does have a hea, but I hope we get more of alex an Sasha, because I think there is more to their story, I'm just hoping the author feels the same way as I.

I received this from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Sasha..spoiled rotten brat comes to mind. She was like a three year old throwing a tantrum and stomping her feet for a good portion of the book. Growing up in her Father's world she was over protected and sheltered from most things, but her behavior was over the top at times.

Alex is a great character. He is strong, witty and patient and there is always something else just under the surface. I was interested in finding out more about him. His banter with Sasha was amusing.

Beth is a nice offset to Sasha and Alex. She brings normalcy and common sense. She is the glue that holds them together.

As a whole I enjoyed this book. It was a quick read, the story had a nice pace with some action to mix things ups.

I really liked this even if the ending was predictable.

When Sasha's life becomes endangered her mobster father hires her a bodyguard that she despises on sight.

At first I didn't like Alex but after the night in the hallway i adored him. I loved their relationship, never knew if they was going to scream at or kiss each other.

I also liked Beth and Pablo but didn't like where the story went with them. Its like the writer just forgot about them and then decided to say what happened with them. Mike was a great guy until the end. I don't care how good of a friend he was that was just unforgivable. The ending I saw coming but still didn't understand the reasons for keeping away.

This was gripping tale of espionage, and lust/love. I enjoyed the suspense angle a lot. When I thought I figured out something, the author threw in something else that blew that thought away.

Once the rest of the series is going to be in this vein of excitement and suspense, count me in!!!

I voluntarily read & reviewed an ARC of this book.

Wow, I received this book as an arc, so naturally wanted to start it asap.as I read ,I thought wow, this book is so long, I will never finish, well, I did, in 2 sittings. It is a mystery romance and you c a n not put it down. It's about a Russian mobs daughter pasha and her bodyguard Alex. Well, Alex isn't the person people think he is. This is my favorite read of 2017, by far

Hoooolllly crapballs!!!
Lovvveeeddd it!
This book had all the right ingredients: hot alpha (intense) male, comedy, suspence, angst - ahhhh so good!

I don't know what else to say except that this book was awesome.

I actually read this in one day- capitvated from the first chapter! And I'm sure this won't be the only time I read it!

I can't wait to see if there will be something from Alex's POV-would be awesome to see the other side of the story!

So good-definitely recommend!

The author so kindly provided me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review (and boy am I glad!) (less)

It's a classic story...spoiled little rich girl falls for her body guard. Zoya tells it well. the story flows and the characters are rich and vibrant. The love story is sweet and makes you laugh and cry. The only criticism I have is that the setting is very ambiguous. It is a large city, but where? It could be the US, it could be the UK, it could be Europe. From the references in the book, it is hard to tell.

Overall, I really did like this book. It is an excellent debut for Zoya Tessi!

Given this free book to review. I really liked it! I cried a little but overall was really happy with it. I love a good story about being completely annoyed by someone & then learning their charming qualities ;) I highly recommend it.

“Normality. It was all I’ve ever asked for.”

Sasha Navarova changed her name to Sasha Meyers in order to escape her father and have a shot to a normal life after a tragic past but her established life in college came crashing down when her father gives her no choice.

Aleksey
In order to keep her boss’s daughter safe, Aleksey, tall and beautiful but brooding right hand man of Nikolai (A Mafia God) becomes a babysitter to an Art History college student.

Sasha and Alex became close when they are forced to stay together 24/7 and to share their past along the way. Even with the never ending banter between them, there was undeniable sexual tension in the air. But what happens when babysitting time is up? What will Nikolai do? Will they be able to go back to their lives before they met?

Well, reading this was a very nice surprise. I thought this was going to be one of those high school love story with a Goth outcast and a popular spoiled girl but BAM! It was a spy/assassin novel that you don’t want to miss. The first few chapters were a bit slow but after the first half, all things started to blow up. The plot twist was unpredictable. I also loved the story line. The ending was amazing.

I think it could've worked better if it was a New Adult novel since the characters were past their high school days. The sexual tension is also there but since it's a YA it can get frustrating. And I would love to read about what happened to Mike, Beth and Nikolai. I would also love to know the background of Alex. Maybe a sequel? Pretty please?

For readers looking for normality then this book isn't for you because there is anything but with the lives of the characters of PERFECT OPPOSITE.

**Five Stars**

When Sasha is issued a body guard Alex was nothing that she expected him to be.

Tattooed and brooding Alex was different than any other man that worked for her father. Younger, than the rest. Together 24/7 these two practically burn up the air around them.

When temptation is too much everything changes. When lies are thrown and trust is broken, lives are put on the line. But one thing is sure Alex will protect Sasha. At whatever cost.

This is a romantic suspense that will have you addicted. This author knows how to grab you. I love the dual POV's and am glad to have read it this way.

Well developed characters, great chemistry and hot sexy bits. Highly recommended.
