Never Say Never (Sniper 1 Security Book 2)

nicole edwards does big, bada$$ alpha gay men really well and this story is no exception. i love the suspense of the story - some was predictable, some wasn't. i love the cast of characters.

Z is my favorite of these two men. i love his arrogance and confidence as well as his snarky smart-a$$ery (yes that's a word). he absolutely makes you smile and love him in every scene. his loyalty and ability to love is completely endearing. ryan is completely helpless to Z and all his charm. he is also completely, 100% dedicated to work and work only. his past leaves him wary of starting anything with Z even though he harbors at the very least lust for him. they are pretty awesome together and super sweet when they drop all the pretenses and just give in to their feelings.

while their sexual tension was off the charts, my only complaint is that the back and forth combined with ryan's lack of ability to make a decision about Z went on for a little too long.

There is one thing I can say about Nicole Edwards… without a doubt her books do not disappoint! Before I became a book addict, I never would have imagined liking M/M, ewww. Well let me tell you, Ms. Edwards quickly changed my mind about that. She takes the biggest, most dominant and alpha of men and puts them into these situations that bring me to my knees. Reading about such a strong and stubborn man submit to his lover is just unbelievably beautiful! This story has that and so much more. Being a dominant man is only what is on the surface for Z and Ryan (RT), the depth of emotions that lay underneath is wonderful. Women don’t often see the softer side of men, them thinking they need to be all macho and what not, but in this book it all hangs out. I give this book 5 stars with 4 hands down the pants. Can’t wait for the next one!!

WOW! Never since Ethan and Beau of Alluring Indulgence, did I think I could love any two men more. Nicole Edwards is a master at writing the sexy alpha male, gay or straight. The chemistry between RT and Z is off the charts and Nicole does an amazing job at making us feel the tension along with the characters. You can’t help but love Z with all his witness and true alpha maleness. Even though RT is standoffish at times, he will hold a special place in your heart as well. You know that when RT finally decides to love that it’s forever and there is no turning back.

This book isn’t all hot steamy sexy between two yummy men, it is also full of suspense and has you turning those pages in anticipation of what is going to happen.

For me this book had a quicker pace than the first book. I think I am just biased because I love me some M/M. I am intrigued to see whose story we are going to read next and I can’t wait to learn more about the Trexler’s and Kogan’s

This is my first Private Security M/M. Their assignment was a little weird but the overall story was pretty good. The writing was great and the sex scenes were pretty hot. I was a bit frustrated with RT fighting his feelings and the way he constantly flip-flopped his feelings towards a possible relationship with Z.
The Walker Brothers had cameos in the story which was great!

How did I not know before starting this that this is an m/m read. What a great surprise this read was for me.
I never read book one Wait for Morning but I'll certainly be going back and reading it.

This is Ryan and Zs story. The security business is Ryan's family business. One of their long term employees is Z who Ryan has been lusting over. However from a past experience that went wrong Ryan doesn't want to mix business with pleasure. When these two are on a mission will things change?

Brilliant well written story about two alpha males. I totally loved it. Really need to get 1-clicking and read more of this authors books.

Holy hotness!!! Let me just begin with saying that Nicole's books are the first I've ever read with M/M M/F/M etc and since then I've been hooked so when a review for this autho was asked hands down I had no problem taking advantage. Z & RT are super HOT love the 2 POV on any story it gives you a better understanding on the story. All I can say is love is not easy and you find that out when they're back dealing with day to day dealings with families/ friends etc..

Never Say Never is book #2 in Nicole Edwards Sniper 1 Security Series, it's also an M/M read so if that is your genre of choice then this book is definitely one for you. This is Ryan (RT) Trexler and Zachariah (Z) Tavoularis's story.

RT has a big responsibility in The family run Security company "Sniper 1" which his father and friend started years ago, he is left running the company and training to take over very soon, RT takes his job to the extreme leaving no time fir personal enjoyment.
Being hurt and burnt in a past relationship with a former worker RT swears off "office romances" that is until the tension he so believes he is hiding from everyone about his feelings towards fellow worker and friend Z gets to be too much. His acting and denial soon comes to a head when the source of his fantasies realizes and is about to call his bluff and show him just how much they have in common.

Z has been working for Sniper 1 for many years he's an extremely dedicated and loyal worker best in the field, always the one to crack jokes and make the best out of life Z is a favorite to be around: what none sees is deep down he is hiding something that no one not even his closest friends and co-workers know. Z has been lusting for his friend/boss for years but had never let on knowing how RT is so closed off and against mixing business with pleasure but soon things take a turn and let's just say @Things Heat Up Fast."

Owners Bryce and Casper step in and send both Rt and Z on a mission together with hopes of them solving this big case and also pushing them both together seeing that the chemistry between them is off the charts and both RT and Z are about to test their acting skills to the max.

"They want us to act as a couple"
"Is that really it?" Z asked, his eyes narrowing. "Your ol' man wants you to hook up with me? I knew he liked me, but damn. This is a surprise. Think he'll invite me to dinner?"

That statement is the beginning of a whirlwind relationship that will having you pulling your hair out , screaming, falling in love needing an ice cold shower you name these two go through it and u was right there with along fir the ride.

Nicole Edwards did a brilliant job with this story it flowed beautifully and I've once again fell in love with two more of her characters.
I've long ago gave up count because each book she writes I find myself loving all that much more and this was no exception I absolutely loved this story and highly recommend it.

The tittle to this story
"Never Say Never" has such a huge impact but I won't ruin it for you, you will just have to read it to see for yourself.

Nicole Edwards sure know how to write a good book, RT and Z have had this attraction for one another for awhile, but with RT's past will Z be able to break through to him or not. This book is full of twist and turns, emotions run high throughout the whole book. Will RT and Z have their HEA or not? Are you daring enough to read this series? I know that when it comes to Nicole Edwards, I will drop what I am reading just for her...

This is book 2 in Nicole's Sniper 1 Security series. It's M/M and very very hot!!
This is RT's and Z's story and it all starts off when RT has to let go of his lover and employee Kevin. After the heart break he vouches never again to have the work/love relationship with any of his team again. However a few years down the line and he can't stop thinking about 1 man, 1 man who also can't stop thinking about RT in return. However it seems not one of them is giving into temptation. Then everything changes when left alone to spend time together whilst setting up the mission. Who will make the first move and will they manage to work it all out? Well just read it and I promise you won't be disappointed.

This was a roller coaster ride for me. I loved getting to know RT and Z. They are both alpha male and very hot. Z has a secret that made everyone think he was a bit of a manwhore and you will get to find out all about his story in this book. As usual Nicole has the sex scenes going off the charts with hotness. As always another amazing book from Nicole and I look forward to the next instalment.

In true Nicole Edwards fashion this book is HOT, HOT, H.O.T.

RT isn't the first in line but the only one willing and ready to take over. He loves his job and it has taken over his whole life for as long as he can remember. His love life is non-existed for the last three years since he made the mistake of mixing business and pleasure and he vowed he wouldn't do that again...even though there is one man he has lusted after for years that he sees daily. Z. The most beautiful man he has even seen and the one he needs to keep his distance from.

Z knows RT wants him. Everyone can see that in the way he looks at him. Z wants him just as much, if not more but he doesn't want to push. After all, RT is his boss and can see that work is the most important thing to him. He needs to focus. He also knows that RT has heard the rumors of his man-whoring ways...he will let him believe them even though it's not true. Z can see RT being his forever but he needs to RT to see it for himself. Kinda. And even after one hot night out of town together doesn't convince him...Z is hurt but not over RT. Not in the slightest.

When RT and Z are required to head to the beaches of Texas for a mission things start to heat up. RT is fighting his feelings but his body is doesn't listen. It wants Z and bad. He needs to focus on the mission and not on the sexy as sin nakedness of Z. Imagining what that body could do to him at any given moment. Z sees the opportunity to get RT to relax and to get closer to the man. The banter. Flirting. Touching and more sets them both off but can RT see a future with Z or does he see this ending when the go back home?

I loved this story! RT and Z have amazing chemistry, humor and just get each other. Z is seriously hilarious and I feel for the man, RT gives him some major whiplash when it comes to their relationship or lack there of. Z doesn't give up hope but that is in his nature. Is all hope lost with them? Will RT's past get in the way of their future?

Overall...this book is a rollercoaster ride and I loved it. It's sexy, laugh out loud funny, emotional and frustrating. I wanted to slap RT more than once. And I wanted to give Z lots of cuddles.

I can't wait for the next book in the series!

P.S There is both a Cheyenne and an Ally mentioned in the book which I thought was cool since I have 2 beautiful little girls with the same names.

Two families very close, all working together protecting one another just a great read all the way around. I am soo looking forward to the next book in this series.

This book definitely fit the bill as we watch two stubborn alpha-males clumsily forge a path to a happy forever.

However, how much can a man take when the object of his affection and lust keeps pushing you away?

RT and Z’s story was a sweet one. However, it did come with some frustrations. One of those frustrations was RT. Holy h***, there were moments that I wanted to punch that guy right in the junk! I did have some sympathy for him considering all that he had endured in his previous relationship and I did understand his hesitation; however, he was just SO STUBBORN! Gah! I wanted Z to tie him to a bed and have his wicked way with him until RT admitted his feelings. Ok...yeah...that’s just my inner perv talking. Although, I do think that would have worked. ;)

All in all, Never Say Never was a wonderful installment to this series that I am now hooked on. I have yet to read the first book in this series which is something I will be correcting immediately. I always find that when reading Nicole Edwards’ series, it is best to read in sequential order as each story more or less flows into one another despite the fact that each book highlights a different couple. I love how Ms. Edwards revisits all of the characters in each book and we get to see how their lives are progressing. This is one of the key elements that makes her books and series so wonderfully addicting. I truly enjoyed seeing RT and Z find their way. It was heart-warming, frustrating, sexy and passionate. All that it should be when we are in the throes of fervent love.
