Our young grandson loves anything to do with space, planets, NASA. So I brought him this book as a gift for the 'new big brother'. He LOVES it, loves it! (and he's only 4 years old) I so recommend this for any child who is intrigued by the sky above us!

This is a wonderful introduction to the stars for little ones to understand, with guidance from an interested adult. The child I bought this for is only 6 but loved it and went outside with her father to look at the stars as soon as she could!!

What a wonderful book - the illustrations, displays are all inspiring. This will be a gift for my grandson for Christmas along with a telescope and in using this book he will enjoy his experiences all the more.

This book has wonderful illustrations and great content for a child who is very new to learning anything about the solar system or night sky. My son is nine and is well versed in the planets and basic astronomy, so we were hoping for more constellation content. This book is perfect for a six to seven year old.

Love this book. It is so informative yet so easy to understand for a beginning astronomer! Great star constellation guide. We purchased a telescope, too, and the book really helps us to learn to use that. I would recommend this to any child learning about astronomy and if you have a Cub Scout getting their astronomy belt loop or pin, it is a MUST. Awesome!

He is advanced for his age/reading level, and LOVES science.
I like the trivia and other bits/pieces that introduces the child/young person into Astronomy, and explains things in a simple, but interesting manner. He will get years of enjoyment out of this book.
I highly recommend this as a gift for any child 6 yrs and up.
