Purple Orchids (A Mitchell Sisters Novel)

It’s is the first book of yours I have read and I look forward to reading all the rest. It made me tear up at times and it made me laugh out loud at times (a lot). I enjoy books that make me laugh. I really like the scene where Bay tells wicked witch off.

First time reading a book by this author and I have to say I am a fan! Beautifully written storyline! It gives you all the feels from smiles to tears. I don't want to give anything away but you must read it and you will believe!

Wow! When I read a book by an author I've never read before I never know what to expect. This book was amazing. I loved the way the back story was told and how the love was never broken. This book made me laugh and cry. I can't wait to start the next one.

I never write reviews but this book deserves every star. It was definitely a page turner that you won't put down until you're finished. This book will make you laugh, fall in love, break your heart, and cry your eyes out.

I absolutely love Gavin and Baylor. I wish I could keep reading more about them and see what happens next in their life's. I cried so hard when a certain someone dies (I don't want to say it and spoil it for anyone)..... but trust me, you will NOT be disappointed by this book. I wish I could re-read it over again from the start for the first time.

really liked the book, it's nice to read a book from a male POV. I love the story of Gavin and Baylor, although it was disappointing how they let that one thing get in their. But I would defitnetly recommend!!

Loved this book! I was immediately interested in the characters and could not wait to see how their story evolved. Well written, entertaining, surprises in the story kept me wanting to read ahead and see where he story was going to take me. I plan on reading all 3 books in the series.

This book is one of the best I have read this year. Samantha Christy makes yo believe in 2nd chances at love. Gavin and Baylor are such real characters, you feel what they feel. I have a hard time forming a connection with characters at times but not these two!!! Felt it with them from the very beginning. You know it's a book worth reading when you are sad when it is over!!! ?

If I could I would give Purple Orchids a 10! I read 75% of this book in one sitting and never wanted it to end. I haven't cried while reading a book in years. The word "darlin" grabbed at my heart and made me smile every single time I read it! I cried and laughed at this heart felt story. Thank you for writing both POV's throughout the book. Standing Ovation Bravo!

This is one of the greatest romance books I have ever read . It is beyond 5 stars. The characters are so haunting that they become a part of you as you read. You feel their every emotion. Worth every minute it takes to read.

I couldn't put this book down. I Kept telling myself one more chapter...just one more and before I knew it, I plowed through the entire thing. Well written and entertaining. I would highly recommend this and I look forward to reading this author's other works

Never read from this author and it was a great one to start with. I read it in a day because I couldn't put it down! I certainly don't recommend this for very young readers but those who like amazing story lines with a little erotica will love this!

Such a beautiful story, from beginning to end. The characters are so real , you feel u know them personally. I look forward to reading much more from this author as she is becoming one of my favorites.

I really enjoyed the love story from the beginning all the way to the end! There were some unexpected twists and turns that kept it interesting until the very end! I can't wait to read the next book in the series!

I came across this fellow Hoosier through face book by liking a 50 Shades page and so all kinds of books pop up.. Samantha's happened to pop up.. I purchased them and I loved them.. I highly highly recommended this series.. its heartfelt, genuine, raw, and everything in between.. can't say enough.. but buy these books!!

This is one of the best book I read, and I read a lot. I finished 20 books on a monthly basis. Most of them I will forget after reading, but this one was hard to forget. I highly recommend it and I am about to start the second novel ❤️

This book is terrific. When I first started reading it i thought it was good but like any other romance novel until I got a few more chapters in, I was pleasently surprised. I could not put it down, I hope the rest of the book in the series are this good!

This book was absolutely amazing. There were so many emotions at every turn. I laughed and cried and even wanted to yell when we knew something a character didn't. You set the scenes so well, I felt I was there. Thank you for the great read!

This is a book you can't put down!! The writer keeps you on your toes, never knowing what is going to happen next!! I will definitely continue reading her books. This is for mature readers....wonderful read.

I really liked how the narrator changes towards the end of the novel, it was nice seeing the perspective of both characters, just wish this was done in the beginning.

This is a breathtaking journey of true love. Gavin and Baylor's love jumps off the page, leaving you breathless while making you laugh, cry, smile, angry, and hopeful that true love is indeed out there. We just sometimes have to be open to second chances. Easily one of the best books I read in a long time.

This was my first book by Samantha Christy and I loved it! She has quickly become one of my favorite writers. I loved the style of the book, being able to get the point of view of both main characters really gave you the full perspective of what they were both going through. I was sad when the story ended but felt closure. Thank you for giving us a great story!

I could not put this book down! Wonderfully written & kept me reading all night long. Each book I read of Samantha's, I feel like the next one cannot get better but they always do! Read this series, you will not be dissapointed!

Great story..just a little long.
Loved the twists and turns. Did not feel Callie had to go though.
Otherwise great. To be honest I normally stop reading after first two or three chapter if it gets boring. This one is a page Turner. Just a little too many pages for me.

I do enjoy those moments when reading that I can't predict the next thing. Christy was able to do that for me a couple of t ok message in this book. It was a great mixture of light and heavy. I've thoroughly enjoyed it

Usually I read to fall asleep. Stayed up way too late to find out what happens. It's romantic and suspenseful. I want to hear more from Baylor and Gavin ! I usually read suspense books, this has a feel good flare with suspense mixed in. Read it.

This was a good book. I really wish the author would have sped somethings up. I only read this book because I was interested in the second book in the series "White Lilies". I liked the characters but wish so much time hadn't passed before they figured there s*** out.

If you have kindle unlimited its worth it but I'm glad I didn't spend money on it

Gavin will steal your heart and make you swoon! This story will make you laugh make you cry and give you butterflies. Baylor is such a unique and strong leading lady and you much one click this book!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!!!

This book kept me up until 3am then again 1/2 of the next day. This story will suck you in and keep your heart beating and your tears flowing.
About to start book 2 in this series and I'm sure it will be just as good.

I really enjoyed this book! The plot flowed right along and kept me guessing. I was anxious to find out what happened next, and I was often surprised! Baylor and Gavin are really believable characters, and I found myself really rooting for them! I like the way the story is told from first Gavin's perspective and then Baylor's. That really helped get me into their minds and relate to them even more. Highly recommend you giving this a read! I look forward to the next books in the Mitchell Sisters Series!
