I absolutely love the anime series and so I decided to read the manga while I wait for season two to come out. So far the manga is awesome! The artwork is great and AoT is just a great series! I would recommend this to anybody who loves manga/anime. I would like to note that it is a bit graphic in a couple parts but it's not too bad.

This is one of my favorite manga series. Volume one introduces us to the world and the main characters. I really like the premise of Attack on Titan. I find the Titans creepy but really intriguing. The art and character designs grew on me. Definitely a great start to a series.

Excellent purchase although I wish I was able to get a better discount. This collection is rather huge and heavy, something that is not suited for on the go reading but rather something to read on the couch. I cannot complain about the quality of the artwork or the pages as they are perfect although it would have been nice if the cover was hardcover. The only thing I find fault in this is that it would have been perfect if more pages were colored but of course that is a rather difficult thing for the author to do. All in all, fantastic purchase.

I'm reading this book after seeing the entire season 1 of the anime. I'm surprised how quickly things unfold in just the first volume, considering that much of what happened here took 4 episodes in the anime. I plan to continue reading the rest of the series.

This volume features our 3 main characters (Eren, Mikasa and Armin) and their story before entering the Military Corps that fight against the Titans.
Saying anything else would be a spoiler and trust me, the hype for this series is not overdone. It is THAT good, its portrayal of human desperation, natural fear of being predated and relentlessness conflict for survival is done awfully well, considering this is the first work of the mangaka (author). And you can tell because he's still new to drawing.
Regarding the Kindle version, it's just too good to be true. The features the store implemented for manga panel reading is intuitive and a great companion for lecture. Props for that.
And .. well .. reading manga on my Kindle is just ... too good to be true.
