Romance
Review:Dark Side of the Moon I have waited for what seemed like forever of this book. Maybe my expectations were just too high. Ravyn and Sarah are really cool characters. And he is unique among the other dark hunters out there. But at the end of the book I just felt let down.
If this a your first Sherrilyn Kenyon Dark Hunter Novel you will probably enjoy the ride. But for those readers who have been on this ride since the begining there maybe some disappoinment. Simi does not make an appe... Read more
Review:Well, this is the last book I'm reading from Sherrilyn Kenyon. When Ms. Kenyon started her dark-hunter series several years back, the books were the best thing going in the world of romantic/fantasy fiction. Each book was new, exciting and the romance between the featured couple was tremendous. As time has gone by, this series has invented more and more different species, all with different powers, reporting to different gods with different powers, featuring different story lines, all of cour... Review:First of all, I have no issues, with stories, that have gay characters. It has become common, in today's books, and brings a different depth to the story. However, I was a bit startled at the very visual and descriptive love scene, between these two guys. My first reaction was " gaaahhh.. she's gonna go there with this!".I pretty much skimmed over it, and got on with the story.
It is a short book, but it does a good job of cementing the relationships, between the "family" of fighters. As alwa... Read more
Review:A book for Alexion. He seemed to be always in the shadows. Quiet. Elusive. Then he meets Danger. They mesh so well. She doesn't trust Alex but there's a soul deep pain in his eyes whenever she looks at him and it calls to her. And Alex sees a woman who's had a difficult past but doesn't let her color her world or emotions. Read more
Review:I absolutely loved this anthology of Sherrilyn Kenyon's back stories for characters that pop up in the novels. The Gallagher story revealed more about Acheron and his interaction with the human race, while I loved Acheron's role in bringing a werewolf together with his werepanther wife. The werewolf has a famous bar that makes it's way into numerous stories. I loved the variety and the information-one of the stories made me go back and re-read "Styx" for the connection to the characters. Just a ... Read more
Review:A fan since the beginning, Ms. Kenyon is still amazing me with her writing. Granted the books are all written in the same tempo and manner but thats why I love them! Mixed reviews had me a little leery at first although now I can't understand why. Excellent, waiting patiently for the next one. Read more
Review:I love all of her books that she has written, and even though there are so many of them sherrilyn Kenyon always finds a way to put you on the edge of your seat. Nothing is ever the same and the books tie into each other. I love them all and can't stop reading. Read more

Review:I started reading this book and thought, "What????" I had just finished reading Born of Defiance where it told the story of Talyn Batur. Which I absolutely loved, another fantastic book in the series, and I was trying to work out in my head how Talyn figured in with Fain..........boy when I found out it was like, " Wow, didn't see that one coming."
The trials and action and heartache that is brought in to Fain's story actually had tears in my eyes during certain areas in the book and no... Read more
Review:I have loved all of the DH series, but this one was awful!!!!! It wasn't even a DH story, just a hodge podge of making sure all of the past characters get mentioned. Maybe it's time to end the series if this is all SK can copme up with. It's the first one of the series I have not liked. Read more
