This book has the wonderful capacity of presenting potentially complex issues in a way that is grounded and understandable to the reader who may be unfamiliar with Apologetics. Natasha Crain has given enough detail to flesh out arguments without overwhelming, and addresses the relevant concerns of a thoughtful seeker of Truth with h... Read more

A Snarky but Authentic Spiritual Memoir - Angry Conversations with God

Review:Not counting school assignments, this may be my first* official book review:

It's "A Snarky But Authentic Spiritual Memoir".

I heard Susan Isaacs speak at the Polk Theater in Lakeland on July 1, 2011. I enjoyed her humor and talk so much, that I bought her book. I also got her auto... Read more

The Illustrated Secret History of the World
The Illustrated Secret History of the World

Review:Saw this at the library, fortunately, as it's flaws and uniformed opinions which the author passes along as "facts" - other than a catchy title - there are much better books available. Graham Hancock, whom I've met, and always gives "good" quotes to anyone who mentions his name, wrote a book called "Fingerprints of the Gods" that is vastly superior.

Very little on ancient Egypt, surprising as that is the one place where evidence of human intelligence actually survived, then he gives overd... Read more
