There's not enough literature like this out there that gives people practical and easy to reference advice on healthy, well-balanced diet plans. Review:I thought this book had some interesting perspectives although I have a problem with the author calling Mormons satanic. The practicing Mormons that I know are some of the most loving, kind, and Christlike people I have ever met.
