Review:Because we love "The Four Agreements" we knew we could trust this little book would live up to our expectation. I purchased it as a "I love you" surprise, no occasion gift for my husband. Review:This is an interesting read, I'm actually reading through it for one of my uni classes and I'm not disappointed at all about paying for this book. This should be required reading for kids growing up, civility is not a common as you would hope unfortunately. Some of the ideas outlined in this book seem like common knowledge, but I would recommend it none the less. Read more

Review:This is a wonderful book. After completing one other book on PTSD last summer, I found I was desperate for more help by last Christmas. This book took me further along the healing journey. The cognitive behavioral therapy exercise, eye movement exercise, thought field therapy and life review exercises helped me process my anger and despair more effectively. As a result, I can now see my life in a constructive light (while I await more counselling and EMDR.) Read more
