Diseases & Physical Ailments
Review:The book was delivered in pristine condition. I have started reading and I am already impressed by the use of statistical data to back up claims. Most alternative medicine books do not cite statistical use data and if to be considered as serious alternatives for health professionals, they should do this.
The source of the information seems completely legit this far and I have no qualms accepting the recommendations set forth in this publication.
I would highly recommend it to anyone. Read more
Review:Very inspirational book! An easy read and a good guide for anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer and wants to give their self the best possible chance to beat cancer and remain cancer free for the rest of their life. I had the opportunity to attend an event where Dr. Turner spoke and she is as inspirational in person as she is in her book! Thank you, Dr. Turner, for putting this valuable information out there. It has become my "go to" reference for my cancer journey! Read more
Review:I've read other cancer books,
and CANCER - STEP OUTSIDE THE BOX, 3rd edition, is one that I highly recommend.
It is well written and very informative.
I have learned so much.
Some of the things Ty talks about in this book are about
non-toxic treatments, cleansing/detoxification, nutrition,
healthy herbs & foods, supplements, and exercise.
I like that he included a glossary.
CANCER - STEP OUTSIDE THE BOX, 3rd edition, is an awesome book.

Review:Wonderful! I wish I had known about this book before I went through menopause. I love how Christiane covers all the aspects of the life change, not just the physical. The emotional and spiritual part are usually neglected, but she explains and covers them in her book. I reference this book often; thanks, Christiane. Read more
Review:I think my husband's parents will love this book. They like to travel by car, and explore the country. This book is really thick and a little big for taking in the car. It seems to be more of a trip planning book, maybe for the coffee table, than one you would take with you. Read more
Review:So engrossing - excellent first-person narrative from a character with dementia. Heartbreaking, because I'm sure that's really how thoughts flow for them. Makes me feel more empathetic. In addition, the mystery of the plot is very intriguing. Read more
Review:I have been searching for years and after paying about $20,000 for tests and treatments by 2 gastroenterologists and a Dr of Neuropathy, I have finally found Dr Campbell-McBride to be a credible source. I went on the stage 1 diet and immediately my insomnia went away. I have had debilitating auto immune symptoms for about 5 years and this treatment is showing encouraging results. Read more
Review:Maria has done it again! This cookbook is even better than her others, which I wasn't sure was possible. I love the pictures and the easy to follow instruction and the handy nut free/dairy free indicators. She inserts busy family tips as well as how to make something dairy-free if needed. I have tried the tater tots, chai & raspberry fat bombs, cinnamon swirl cheesecake, and have more on the menu for this week! Read more
Review:I have read Gary's good calories, bad calories, why we get fat, and now the case against sugar and this is my favorite so far, although I love all the ones I have read but this is a book that everyone should read, especially any nutritionists worth their salt. Read more
Review:Have ben reviewing materials related to the use of coconut oil to help with dementia. This book was very helpful and down to earth.so is easy to understand. I have my husband on coconut oil, milk and products and have seen some improvements in his memory, thinking, walking, and sense of humor. Who can argue with coconut oil ----- what can it hurt!
