Review:The writing style is simple. A lot of telling and not much showing, in short sentences with simple words. Details of the times and places created a believable Irish Catholic world. I appreciated those details, but felt I was learning about this family more than I was caring about them. Read more
Review:This is your standard cliffhanger it is a fast read literally can be read in I don't know 30 minutes 40 if you go slow. Nothing really fascinating about it one steamy scene it's just a very quick read so it doesn't stand out needs to have more in it to give it any sort of real review because you don't really get a sense of the characters you can't in such a quick read. It leaves you with a quick cliffhanger about wanting to know about the rogue wolves but even that doesn't leave you interested e... Read more
Review:The characters were so believable and well-developed. I found myself thinking about them as if I knew them. The plot twists kept me engaged and there were surprise developments at every turn. A great read. Can't wait to read more of Butler's works! Read more
Review:Fun to read, engaging, and I could almost taste the croissants! The story unfolded nicely, it wasn't obvious who the killer was and there were some twists and turns. It left me wanting to more about all of the townspeople and especially Molly and how her gite works out. I look forward to reading more of the series. Read more
Review:Nikki and Ollie have been hinted at in the background of the other Fight For Me novels. There was definite chemistry between them, but something kept them from crossing that line between friends and lovers, and kept them barely hanging on at friends.

Review:Crusie has spun an interesting web of love, lies and chocolate. It was so good I told my husband what was happening as I was reading. It got to the point of him asking me what it happened in the book while he was at work.
The only annonying factor was the phrase, "oh, hell." It really got on my nerves. Treva and Maddie both used it entirely too often. Either Crusie meant couldn't think of another phrase or I missed the underlying point completely. Either way, the book is a page turner... Read more
Review:Ghosted is part love story and part mystery that sounded exactly like a book I would enjoy. I had high expectations for this book and was very excited to have the chance to read an early copy. I must say I didn’t love it as much as wanted to. The pacing was slow, there were some interesting parts, especially towards the end, but I also was quite bored at times. The mystery, when it was revealed, wasn't surprising at all. Ghosted was not a bad book, it just missed the mark for me.

Review:I struggle to find #ownvoices autistic main characters in contemporary realistic books for adults, so when I heard about this book, I bought it immediately.
Stella was fully developed and very relatable for me. Her relationship with Michael had a wonderful balance of circumstance-based tension and cuteness. Read more
