Review:Very well written book, with the author drawing upon conviction borne of personal experience. I think a few more anecdotes, examples, and stories would have added some color and helped illustrate many of the points presented, but overall worth the read. Read more
Review:This book should be required reading for high school, and college students. Unfortunately, I didn't read this book until I was in my 40's and I'm angry that I didn't read it when I was younger. Such a wonderful look at history from the side of minorities and women. Obviously not told by the white men that "wrote history". Can't say enough great things about this eye opening book. Read more
Review:This book is a must for genealogy buffs. I found it enthralling to find out some cultural history from a different perspective. The author did a magnificent job of tracing folk ways, accents and more to let us know the ancestors from which we come. Read more
Review:Great read! I've lived and worked in the southwest many years. Many of the people I work with are Native American ("First People") so this book gave me a deeper understanding of their way of life. I would highly recommend this book to anyone that plans to visit a Reservation. Read more
Review:After reading the two books that proceeded this one I was eager for the next. I was totally hooked and it took me away to another place and culture. I feel like I learned a lot and have a better understanding of the past that has affected today. I was thrilled with this book and sad when it ended. I hope there will be another one in the series. I have recommended this book to friends and family. Read more
Review:This book brings to light facts that are being ignored by the media. We forget that the media is a business and "hot topic" headlines sell newspapers, advertisement time and ratings. This book reveals the truth that is eating away at the black community and unfortunately in too many cases has destroyed a vibrant community and replaced it with the seeds of destruction. Read more
Review:Delightful reading from an outstanding writer of historical facts. As always, the books by Ms. Coulter complement her sharp intellect, honesty, and indomitable spirit. Ms. Coulter is an American gem.; we owe her a million thanks for her contributions to our nation's valuable reservoir of outstanding books. Bravo Signorina Coulter! Read more
Review:Alvin Morrow explains the methods of the Willie Lynch Letter in terms that anyone can understand. The ability to break down these effects are uncanning. With each new chapter, Black men and women are able to see how these brutal mental conditioning methods first used in slavery, affect each Black person today. Also, honest solutions are provided to promote unity, allow for healing, and ultimately freedom from these damaging mentalities.

Review:I will confess not to be scholared enough in theology to refute the information in this book.. I'll leave that to the scholars BUT it needs to be addressed and NOT ignored. I am convinced that it is more probable that we , descendants of slaves, are the original Israelites more so than European Jews! If this is true then we must reexamine Christianity we practice. Review:Very informative. It's sad when the truth is hidden. Why the secrets? What would happen if the truth were known? Could it be that history could and should be rewritten? Tell one tale and you just have to keep telling them. WOW Were these men less for being men of color. This is why COLOR should never matter. We should look at the inward person and not judge what a person is covered with. Are people of color less? I think the unnamed president should have been named. Let's get it all out ... Read more
