Review:Despite my initial skepticism, I really liked The 5:2 Fast Diet for Beginners. Its premise makes sense to me – that fasting occasionally helps you to reset your internal clock. Review:You can probably find everything that this books contains by searching "5:2 diet" on the internet. I really didn't discover anything new that I hadn't already read by searching the internet about this diet. But for people who want it all the info consolidated, this is for you. Read more
Review:This is a very good cookbook. My personal preference would be for far more photos, but the recipes are easy to follow, and rarely call for unusual ingredients. It's a very good cookbook for a beginner cook, and an excellent cookbook for a Weight Watchers cook. Read more
