Review:Anything Lynsay Sands write is always entertaining, I usually do not read this time period but have enjoyed this book. If you like a laugh, adventure and romance this and her other books from this time period are a darn good read. Read more
Review:This book never really came together for me. I love this author, and I love this series, and this book had a great premise, but it just didn't come together. The heroine was immature and inconsistent. The hero was two-dimensional - handsome and knightly - but not compelling. They didn't have much chemistry together. The storyline was great, but because the leads weren't emotionally engaging, it read flat. I do sincerely hope that the author will launch a new series. I would very much look forwar... Read more
Review:This was a very interesting read. Although I found Amaranthe's scheme of counterfeiting dubious, the book was entertaining. I think I will have to chalk that up to the characters. I loved Sicarius' character, very mysterious, and I look forward to seeing how his character further develops along with his relationship with Amaranthe. There's definitely some tension there. The characters are likeable and the banter between them is humourous. Amaranthe is a good lead character, she's heart and... Read more
Review:I was rummaging trough amazon looking for some nice, light-hearted slow-burn romances... and finally I've found a book which has everything I counted on. Nicely developed characters, sweet, slow-building love, a few obstacles... Read more
Review:Chase is simply the best author writing in this genre. We had a long wait for this one but it was worth it. Read the whole series. Read everything she has written. You will love every single book and novella. Read more
Review:Wonderful, absolutely wonder! There where a few mistakes, as in words mashed together and phrases mixed up, and the part where the girls were being tortured really really freaked me out but other than that the book was wonderful. Can't wait for book 2! Read more
Review:I have been waiting for this next installment in the Relentless series and I was not disappointed. I love the dual POV of the book. I loved seeing most of the characters return for this story. The book follows Chris and his mate in LA. As they struggle to overcome the events of their past, a new dangers threatens their future. Chris, Nikolas, Sara and Jordan return while several new warriors are added to the character list. Read more
Review:I love werewolves! I enjoyed this story where different supernatural beings work together for the good of all. The characters were enjoyable and I like that the weres have one mate. I don't like it that some authors feel the need to make their weres into sluts. This book was fun to read and I look forward to more of her books. Read more
Review:Katie left me hanging on the last book (The Proposition) mouth wide open. I felt sorry for Emma and in love with Aidan.
So here we are The Proposal, I love Aidan even more, I thought he should have done a bit more groveling, but still he manage to make me teary eyed twice. Great romance, steamy sexy love scenes. Other than the female doc whose name eludes me now, and made me want to slap her, Iloved all the other characters. Read more
Review:I am disappointed once again with Ms. Dare, after an excellent start; I thought Ms. Dare had come back with a very good read. Only to have it dwindle into a silly fairytale. The plot was flimsy, and only the sex scenes take it out of the children’s section of books.
I am of course very aware of the many 5 star ratings, so obviously most do not share my view. I will say this author is very talented in dialogue. She had wonderful characters with great stories but reduced them to well….a... Read more
