Numb: A disturbing thriller with a killer twist
Numb: A disturbing thriller with a killer twist

Review:Another great book by Jeff Menapace! Definitely a page turner, couldn't put the book down until I finished it. This is pretty much how all of Jeff's books go. Can't say that all readers would enjoy such a twisted, violent, mind-bending storyline, but if you love horror this is a book for you. The only downfall is that you will reach the end, then be left wanting more. So, hurry up Jeff, we need another! Read more

Murder Of A Werewolf (A Brimstone Witch Mystery Book 1)
Murder Of A Werewolf (A Brimstone Witch Mystery Book 1)

Review:The concept has been done over and over, yet this one has a light hearted and easy way about it. There are useless characters like Cheryl and Alistair, but the rest are all valid and colorful. I wanted to see what was next.
Favorite part unique to this book by this author were the butterfly trees.
Good enough to warrant trying book 2!
Let's Hope Cassie nd Luca get more time as well as Stanley. Read more

Clear and Present Danger (A Jack Ryan Novel Book 4)
Clear and Present Danger (A Jack Ryan Novel Book 4)

Review:Having seen the movie several times, I was surprised at how much more detail the book contained. It will introduce you to some new characters that will show up in later Tom Clancy novels. It also, gives a much greater insight to the beginning of the Operation and a somewhat more logical ending, I enjoyed it very much! Read more

Fire and Ice Trilogy Book 2) - Raised in Fire (DDVN World
Fire and Ice Trilogy Book 2) - Raised in Fire (DDVN World

Review:The 2nd book in this trilogy really develops the twists in this tale to capture the reader completely. Again, the author sprinkles humor throughout, laugh out loud caustic remarks by our heroine. She is definitely a woman we would all want to be! Strong, independent, smart. Yet soft inside when it counts! Love this series, reminds me a bit of C Wilson's style. Read more

Ravenheart (Crossbreed Series Book 2)
Ravenheart (Crossbreed Series Book 2)

Review:Neither Raven nor Christian are completely drawn out characters, which is a good thing at this stage.
The others at Keystone are developing well too.
We learn a little more about this team of crime fighters without losing tidbits we already know about Niko from the Keystone book.
I cried when John got his memory back - I'll leave you guessing on who he is. (Personally, I'll be happy when Dannika finally continues that story. The beginning was beautiful, but cruel.) Read more

Lost Souls (Dean Koontz’s Frankenstein, Book 4)
Lost Souls (Dean Koontz’s Frankenstein, Book 4)

Review:Frankenstein: Lost Souls: A Novel
I am always afraid that I will spoil the story for any potential reader by disclosing too much of that story. If you are a Dean Koontz fan all you are looking for is thumbs up or thumbs down. If this is your reason, then two thumbs up, stop reading this, place your order, and get ready for that thrill we all enjoy when Mr. Koontz is at his best. If you are new to this series go b... Dead and Alive - City of Night
Dead and Alive - City of Night

Review:Classic Koontz with the 200 year old monster story of Frankenstein updated to the 21st century. A riot of murder and mayhem and clones and NWO stuff. Kinda reminded my of our present situation with Muslims. Read more

The Nowhere Man (An Orphan X Thriller)
The Nowhere Man (An Orphan X Thriller)

Review:Excellent book recommended by David Baldacci.
I would like to have had The Nowhwere Man have a few less crisis situations -- that was too overdone. However I will still look forward to Mr. Hurwitzs' next book. Read more
