Review:This book got me through a total hysterectomy and years later bought it for my friend's cancer. I am not religious and this book does not profess to be as such. It is simply very true what Dr. Siegel says because as a pharmacist I have seen many patients whose positive attitude makes them survivors instead of victims. Thanks Dr. Bernie ! Read more

Review:I like the way she writes - very honestly and straightforward. Her story is familiar to me and I felt comfortable reading her words. There is no lecture, no judgement. There is only a good description of the choices we face and why we thought (or think) that booze can help us through them. Read more
Review:I love reading anything by Thich Nhat Hanh and this was no exception. Great little book. However, I was surprised when I received it in the mail because it was so small. I am disappointed in this book. It is smaller than the size of a journal wrapped up into a book with a very basic message. Not what I expected. Review:Julia Garrison' determination and strength are remarkable and inspiring. This story was one I couldn't put down, and one that changed my perspective on dealing with trauma and rehabilitation. Julia's own character and the love of her family and friends changed her long term outcome and her quality of life following her "incident". I admire all of them and salute them! Read more
Review:Doesnt have anything you cant find online on a forum for workingout. And I find the advice of you shoukd always check with a doctor before trying something is bad advice. My doctor usually will look at me somewhat confused and then reply back to me "should be fine to take it but theyre are no miracle pills". Not what you want to hear about something you dont know about. Do the research yourself first Read more
Review:Brief but concise guide to weight loss, informative, myth shattering but strangely enticing in his 'tough-love' approach to the sobering reality of the misleading media's impact on society and her shape. Bravo Matthew, you have me cured! Read more
