Review:I tried this workout and only lasted about 10 days. Once things started cutting into the time I had planned on working out I fell out of sync and dropped it. It was really tough and I'm sure if I had stuck it out I would be very happy with the results. Read more
Review:I am not a cookbook aficionado but I thoroughly enjoy this one. While many of the recipes require some "weird" ingredients, they can easily be substituted for "regular" ingredients. The illustrations and commentaries throughout are great. It is wonderful to see young children really eat healthy. Kudos to Ms. Paltrow! I am excited to continue to use many of the other recipes in this beautifully done book. Read more
Review:Love the single page learning format of this book. I pick it up when I only have a few minutes and quickly zip thru 5 or 6 principles that I want to frequently be reminded about. Good sound advice that is representative of the current changes in wellness science. Bravo! It is a great coffee table book that my friends peruse when visiting. Read more
