Review:This book is fantastic--packs a lot of useful, credible, and detailed information in a succinct and readable format. Must read for everyone, not just those suffering from neurological disorders--this is because connections are drawn with many other health issues (excema, allergies, IBS, etc.). Read more
Review:This book is for the health-obsessed individual. I would use it more as a resource than an actual daily guidebook. Having said that it is packed with details and reliable information depending on your belief system and ability to comprehend. Personally, I have pulled information from this book, Atkins, the Coconut wt loss plan and my own experience. Review:It's pretty much the same as other spritual books. I got really bored in the first few pages that talked about his kids and how much they liked Louise Hay. Very boring and not sure why Robert Holden spent so much time on that story. I got so frustrated that I closed the book and shelved it. Very disappointing Read more
Review:This book is incredible. Rather than dictating spiritual principles, this book provides the reader with the tools to discover his or her own unique spiritual realizations. Would recommend it to anyone. Read more
Review:In the first place I received an older version of this book. I waited so long for it that I decided to go ahead and keep it. I just hope that it is not much different then the version that I ordered as I have to write an essay on the book when I finish reading it. If it is then I will be very upset with the store that I bought it from. Plus, it took forever for them to ship the book in the first place. Read more

Review:This book is so revealing and supportive. It demonstrated to me why I felt as I have, for so many years. But more than that..what I can do to heal from what impacted me. The clear and simple self help strategies are invaluable. I also appreciate the demonstration that my impacts are specific to me, and may not be the same for my siblings. That is very supportive too. Includes a very helpful script and tables of information that provide a way to better understand the roots of dis-ease. Highly recommended. Read more
Review:I originally bought the e book, but have also bought the hard copy as well. I enjoy Gabby's stories and examples from her life and the lives of others to hit home the lessons she teaches. I love the incorporation of meditations and chants to break through. The best of her books by far. Read more
