Review:Very useful indeed ! It also features an introduction to the blues. The organisation is both clear and suitable for consultation and learning progression. I wish the book had been more colorful even if it would have been more expensive. Read more
Review:Bought the kindle version as I have a long standing fantasy of having music *stuff* in ebook format.
Unfortunately returned it as the music notation (tabs included) are formated as small images that don't zoom out enough.
Also- the kindle version doesn't include the accompanying audio tracks (not even mp3s). The missing audio tracks are referenced extensively in the book.
Note to music publishers: don't leave the audio content out of ebook formats!
I plan on buying the paper ... Read more
Review:Seriously disapointed that the cover and intro material for this does not mention that this is advanced level content. When I look at the "Dummies" series I expect it to start from sctratch not from some advanced point in the learning structure. Review:Product arrived on time and in good condition. The tool is very similar to all other color theory approaches. Compact enough to carry in your purse when purchasing material. However I think a book on Color theory would be more helpful. A small color wheel from any art store would provide the same information. If you do not have any color tools this might be a handy beginners tool. Will keep and perhaps if I find it not useful will give as a gift to a beginning quilter or artist. Read more

Review:this is a good book for beginners. Some tricks are explained and techniques unveiled. The point is that anyone who means to purchase a good dslr or film camera and spend some hundreds for that should already be aware of what is written in the book. It has been written with passion and I totally appreciated the effort by the pros who took their time to develop this guide. Read more
