Definitely fun to read. I really felt for the main character, Tara, before she landed her first job (very relatable). When she tries to quit, I laughed. Is that bad? As the relationship progresses...well...I’ll let you read and find out. *wink* Funny, sexy, even heartbreaking. I’d recommend this.

The beginning was excellent but the ending was not well developed. The plot surrounding the reunion of the hero and the heroine seemed as if it were an after thought. I am a fan of Whitney G books and I am always looking forward to her new releases.

Tara is down on her luck. A recent graduate, pounding the pavement, but still no job. She’s barely scraping by.

While she’s passing through a hotel a grabbing a quick “free” breakfast, she gets caught. A situation that could have ended in the back of a police car, affords her the opportunity of a lifetime.

Preston Parker is a billionaire, CEO of Parker International, which owns luxury hotels. Preston is looking for a new executive assistant. He’s a workaholic and complete
a$$hole to work for. However, none of his assistants last, so he’s trying something new.

Preston sees something in Tara after interrogating her about her penchant “free” breakfasts, so he hires her on the spot.

This is a slow burn romance. Two people completely dedicated to their jobs. It consumes them, while the outside world falls by the wayside. Their chemistry is incredible. She claims to hate Preston, but there is a fine line between lust and hate.

Both characters are intelligent and witty. I enjoyed their banter and sexual tension. This is an office romance you don’t want to miss! It will heat up your kindle.

I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it for anyone who wants a quick read and a good laugh. It had me smiling and chuckling at the same time. I was so engrossed in the story that I couldn't put it down even when I should've been asleep. I even teared up at one point. I do plan to re-read this in the future. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I can't say that this is my favorite book or one I can re-read over and over like some other books I have.

i finished this book and finally understand why only the first part was interesting : it was original from the writer's experience , and she doesn't seem to know what EA's daily life is about so most of the critical turning points in Tara 's career were rather vague if any. the rest of the book, overheated romance and a lot of explicit stories of their sex, is just boring and full of illusion .
it shouldn't bev considered as office romance as the writer claimed.

Completely overqualified woman cannot get a job until a guy lusts after her. He treats her like crap and is a walking sexual harassment suit but she falls for him. Women can only get ahead if some guy lusts after them, really??? I would like a book with a strong successful woman falling in love with an equal

Really good story. It lost one star because I felt it repeated some of the author’s earlier stories. That is not a bad thing. Whitney G knows how to tell a story. Eagerly awaiting FORGET YOU, ETHAN. Keep them coming, Whitney G. You are one of my few remaining autobuy authors.

I wish I could accurately explain how much I love Whitney's stories. They are fun, exciting, and they are that perfect blend of dream vs reality. Like these characters could be very real. I love Whitney's female leads!! They are strong, sassy, and quite entertaining!! Tara is so much fun to read. Her personality flies off the pages, making her one of my favorites of all the books I've read. Preston is that perfect blend of love to hate/hate to love! Nothing about him fails to make me wish I was his EA. Whitney has once again, given me an awesome story to add to my bookshelf!!!

I was very excited to read this book unfortunately it was a disaster.

I really love this Author's books however this one is a big fail.

The two main characters sound more like two high school teens playing hide and seek. The connection was just not believable and two years after they both decide they want to hate, play and roll in the sheets just out of nowhere. Thers is absolutely no background or story tonthis book, supporting characters are pretty much two names who listen and that is it. I swear this email banter is so not needed in the story.

Sorry but it was a total fail for me.

Classic Whitney G, great banter between our h/h and a great story.
Lauren who is down on her luck is a smart cookie (love that ) she just needs a little luck landing a job .
Preston Parker has it all or so it seems and fate steps in and these two end up working with each other . The process of hate, work, love flows smoothly throughout the book. Another good one by Whitney.
