This is good! Very good! I loved the main characters so much, they so well written and you can see how they grow through out the story. The plot is very dynamic, but not rushed, which I liked very much.
To sum it up, I love every single word Leigh writes. She is the boss! can’t wait for the next one !

I was really looking forward to this book and unfortunately it was a bit of a let down. After reading several books from this author it was disappointing to see the same character types as other books. Alpha male character and spunky strong female type. Then the ending seemed anticlimactic. I recommend Tyed or Vicous over this boom from her.

Another amazing read from L.J Shen!!! Great romance, with a side is sassy and chucks. Loved the build of the story between Jude and Celian. Great twists and turns to keep story moving. Didn't want it to end. Can't wait to read more.

Love a book when there characters are so much fun you can't help to fall in love with them. I always love an unlikely love story with corky characters. I also love to hate the same guy you are rooting for.

I loved Celian and Jude. Their relationship was push and pull all the way and it kept me turning the pages.
It's off-the-charts HOT!!, but more than that, it was a true love story. I couldn't help but get tangled up in the deepening roots as their initial attraction gradually blossomed into real hardcore feelings.
LJ Shen somehow writes the words that translates into clear pictures in our minds. I have no better way to describe exactly how beautiful her talent is!

Celian and Jude... im a little love with the characters in this book... I really did fall a little in love with Celia. I liked his cold personality, his smart ass ways, his personality. I liked Jude as a heroin, she was down-to-earth funny, has a good heart . Was a well written story . I just really enjoyed this book one of my favorites by LJ Shen

Unexpectedly a fun read. I liked that the heroine was feisty and ambitious. The relationship took time to develop into love and even when they realized how they felt it didn’t turn mushy. Both characters had strong personalities and interactions between the two was always interesting.

Loved every single thing about this book. Both characters were phenomenal! Jude is a heroine like no other and Celian..well Leigh can write an alphhole extraordinaire like no other. The banter is spot on and the storyline unique. As a Chuck wearing chick myself, Jude was right up my alley for heroines!

Nobody writes a*holes better than author LJ Shen. Dirty Headlines is like watching a good movie, and at the end of the movie the writer ties everything up nicely. Célian’s character is going to stay with me for a while, in fact I think I’m in love with him. Fantastic book.

Brilliant storyline with some twists, the sex scenes are aplenty and scorching hot!

Another fun read with heart, soul, humor, and memorable characters! Loved the opposite attraction and heat between Celian and Jude. And I enjoyed the colorful chucks. Who knew Converse sneakers could say so much about a character's mood. Great story.

I absolutely loved this book!!! OK done beautifully job in writing this book. The characters were great, beautiful, strong and smart. I don't won't it to end at all. Great freaking work LJ Shen! Can't wait for the next book???????????

You absolutely cannot go wrong with an LJ Shen book. Loved Jude, who is one of the most kicka$$ h's I've come across in quite a while. And Célian, wow, he's just such a d!<k, but so awesome in his own right. Fantastic book. Solid 5 stars

LJ Shen typically writes characters where one is the lit match and the other the gasoline. They strike an epic burn through witty banter and sexual tension that leaves the pages singed and smoking.

However, this story failed to live up to her previous writing. The writing style is rushed while the actual plot was so slow. The premise for their meeting was interesting. She steals his money. He swipes her Ipod. Does anyone use them anymore? A bit old school. But maybe that is the author's attempt to infuse an oddity into Jude. But Jude is the stereotypical poor girl in a rich man's world. She does not stand out. Her chucks do make her unique. It was a nice touch. Until it became mentioned on nearly every other page. The author wore this out.

She has very little objection to most of the "conflicts" in the novel. She barely protests or finds issue in Celian paying off all her debt, or to his fiance, or to his creepy father, or his cold mother, or him going through her house, or well you get the point. Jude's handling of his fake fiance is weak. As for our Hero, he is solely obsessed with owning the news company. It is his only trait and plot. The author sprinkled a few other side topics in but they all relate to his attempt to take over the company.

And speaking of the news room. The novel takes place almost solely there. It came to be very annoying. Who cares. It serves no purpose for the characters.

This story was like the iceberg that sank the Titanic, cold and in the way. Pass on it. And try one of her other stories. The characters actually come alive instead of sinking to the bottom of the ocean.

Dirty Headlines was the exact kind of book that I was looking for to end my summer reading on a high note. It was sexy with the New York hustle to it, alluring, smart, and full of passion and sass that made us begged for more!! L.J is the queen of writing alpha holes and she certainly made no exception for Célian Laurent.

These are the fitting words to describe no one other than Celian Laurent. He has one thing on his mind these days and that’s keeping his family’s company number one. I’m never disappointed when It comes to l.j characters. Their banter is what keeps me flipping the pages at warped speed but the sexual tension that this woman evokes with them? OMG!! DEAD DEAD DEAD!! Célian and Jude burned. Up. The. Pages I loved that we had a strong female heroine who stood up for herself, knew what she wanted, and was relatable. I’m glad we got to see another side to this author’s writing and I cant wait to see what she comes up with next.

This book right here was one of my most highly anticipated books since it was first announced that L.J.Shen was going to bring us new characters to love, and f#ck I kid you not, these characters put all previous characters to shame, I FLOVED these two, the banter, the too and fro, the one liners, the sexy times, the dirty talk ticked all those giddy hoe tingles in all the right places, this was a slow burn but quick to take root once these two were under the same roof.

I could not devour this book fast enough! Dirty Headlines is a sexy and delicious enemies to lovers standalone romance with a healthy dose of taboo boss/employee office romance thrown in. I loved it from start to finish and as much as I love Vicious, Celian now owns the top spot in my heart among LJ Shen's heroes!

This book had all the things that I have come to love about LJ Shen's books. They are emotional, sexy, laugh out loud, and honest love stories. No one writes the arrogant and broken alpha a-hole hero with a heart like LJ Shen. Just as amazing though are her independent and strong heroines, lovable and hilarious secondary characters, and love to hate villains. This book truly had it all!

Told in dual POV, we are privy to all of Judith (Jude) and Celian's hopes, fears, and sexy thoughts and desires. This book was scorching hot and nearly set my kindle on fire! Celian has one of the filthiest mouths and I loved every minute! LOL His chemistry with Jude is undeniable and I loved the cat and mouse foreplay and build up between them. Normally, I like either the hero or heroine more than the other, but in this case, I actually loved both characters equally. They are both broken and flawed, but together, they bring out the best in each other and challenge the other to be the better version of themselves. I especially loved that Jude never backed down from Celian and gave just as good as she got. I admired her loyalty, compassion, intellect, and drive so much. One of my favorite parts of the book were her mini conversations with Jesus. Seriously, they were THE BEST!

LJ Shen's writing was amazing as always and the dialogue, back and forth, and snappy come backs will have you heartbroken one minute and dying of laughter the next! The epilogue was perfection and this is definitely one of my top reads of the year! You don't want to miss it!

Very entertaining, I felt like I was watching television dramedy.

While Dirty Headlines was an enjoyable story, at times I felt like the story was in big cliche surrounded by a ton of sex. I swear if the couple wasn’t going at it like rabbits, one of them was thinking about what they wanted to do to the other. Consequences be damned.

Other than all of the sex I enjoyed the story, while Célian was a jerk hero and pretty douchey at times, he still managed to get me to fall in love with him a little bit, which is quite the accomplishment, because if you’ve followed my reviews you know that I’m not too keen on alpha-holes.

I had a nice little laugh at myself because I made a note in the book asking if someone can really be this emotionally stunted in reference to Célian and then the next page, Jude, our heroine said the exact same thing about him. Jude is an interesting character, and honestly, she is quite human. She was a strong and independent woman on the outside, but so weak when it came to Célian. If frustrated and irritated me, but then I realized because that is such a normal person thing to deal with, we all portray one thing on the outside that we aren’t really feeling on the inside.

Other than a few inconsistencies, that kind of bothered me Dirty Headlines was an engaging read. If you love office romances, dirty, kinky sex, and emotionally inept billionaires, this is the story for you!

I love reading alphaholes and the girl that brings him to knees. Celian is everything you expect from a Leigh character, he doesn’t reach Vicious level but comes quite close. It’s funny because every male character will get a Vicious rating, I give him a 9. I absolutely adore Jude she’s definitely a favourite. Her ability to stand up to Celian when no one does. She’s so her own person quirky and unique. If you love LJ couples, office romance and enemies to lovers you will love this.

Holy Chucks and Hot #UCKS!!!!! Shall I introduce Celian Laurent to everyone? WOWZERS!! I do love me a hot, bada$$, dirty talking, cocky, playboy who has the world at his feet!!! He is an heir to a media empire, known as being a playboy, and a "not so nice" boss in the office.

Next, we have Judith (Jude) Humphry. She is the proud owner of an impressive Chuck Taylor tennis shoes collection(which happen to match the mood she is in on any particular day). She has a mountain of medical bills, lives in a less than mediocre apartment with her dying father, and she is barely making ends meet. She isn't flashy, yet she is very well educated, loyal, loving, quirky, and "normal".

Jude has a boyfriend--until she doesn't. Her heart is broken...so she goes to drown her sorrows at a bar. Enter Celian Laurent---gorgeous, hot man with a French accent. One night with him should help her forget about her cheating boyfriend, right? Well, that was the plan. Until she realizes that the hot Frenchman is also her BOSS at the new job she just got.

Things get a little complicated after that and shall I say a bit.....HOTTER??? HOLY MOLY!!! These two have some kind of chemistry!! No one can find out about what happened with them...but then...just as luck would have it....Jude finds out that there is yet another woman in the picture--a fiancée !!!

I have always loved Leigh Shen's heroes and heroines!! I will have to say, that Jude has quickly made it to the top of my FAVORTIE HEROINE list. Celian is rich, powerful and persuasive! Jude is the exact opposite..but boy can that woman give as good as she gets. She is feisty, mouthy, and quick to call him on his "junk". He doesn't intimidate her like he does everyone else in his office/world. Celian isn't used to people talking back and more importantly telling him "NO". Kudos to Jude!!!!

I loved the banter/turmoil between these two. They also have HOT CHEMISTY that neither of them can deny. Everyone loves Jude and her stellar work ethic(even when she is dealing with a boss like Celian). All the cards are stacked against her but she is used to that(in fact, it's all she's ever known) She is resilient and STRONG. She doesn't need the power and money. Celian LOOKS strong on the outside but isn't so much like that on the INSIDE.

I loved this book so hard!! I love how Jude overcame so much more than the stigma that was placed on her. She is a Rockstar (who happens to have a kicka$$ collection of Chucks). I hated Celian --but then I didn't!!! READ. THIS. BOOK!!!! It's amazing!!!

Jude is such an average girl with many talents and the spunky personality for the cherry on top. Celian is a powerful man but a grieving one. They are so imperfectly perfect for each other. This story touches my heart in so many ways. Great story!

I really enjoyed this book. It was well-written, smart, funny, and satisfying on many levels. I've read so many books in this genre that they start to run together, but this one will stand out as uniquely memorable and one of my favorites. This is the second book that I've read by this author. The first was good, but this one hooked me. I look forward to reading more of her writing.

After purchasing this book, I read it during every opportunity that I could find. It is so engaging, as well as heartbreaking at points, that I never wanted to put it down. Truly one of my favorite books that I have read this year. I would highly recommend this novel.
