Review:this book made a tremendous difference in our first year with our first baby. we were fans of the happiest baby dvd, and i wondered if this would really add anything new. if you've already seen the dvd (also highly recommended, more so than the book version of 'happiest baby on the block'), then this is an excellent additional resource. it focuses specifically on sleep, and helps with both immediate strategies and, just as importantly, long term good habits that set you up for a great sleeper... Review:This book is tailored to everyone. Meets the needs of each reader depending on the results of the quizzes taken at the beginning. The writer explains things in an everyday manner, while offering the more scientific explanation to those who are interested. If you want to skip over the scientific parts, she tells you what pages to skip to. I've been following her strategies recommended for my personal situation and I've seen improvements in my overall mood and health. I feel great. Great boo... Read more
Review:Love this book and how relevant it is to everyday life. I can't stop talking to my peers about all the relevant and important facts/studies found in this book.
Would have been 5, but I am giving this 3 stars for shipping...It arrived torn up. It's like it was torn out of the packaging and someone taped it back together. Pretty upset since this is the second item I'm having to return in a matter of weeks due to ineffective shipping. Read more

Review:I have been following Max for sometime on social media and have been following his advice. Now I have his book and can read more in depth about the research he has collected and put together. The book is not overwhelming to read like some I have read. There are a few recipes at the end that I have already tried and found very tasty. Read more
Review:I liked the book and found it very readable. While it did contain a fair amount of useful information, I feel like the same effect could have been achieved in a far fewer words. As other reviewers have noted, it also seems to be a shameless promotion for Amen Clinics. You will be encouraged to access their website for more content. I found nothing useful there that wasn't subscription based. Just an FYI.
If I had it to do over again, I would've popped for the book version. Referring back ... Read more

Review:Andreas Moritz and his books as well as other contributions of his are a gift to our time.
Being an intuitive myself as well as studied with university degree I highly value the method and the knowledge passed on in this book.
I chose early on in my life to take my health into my own hands.
I made the right choice - I am healthy and young today - never went to any doctor for any reason!
I undertook and still do the liver cleanse process described in this book. I highly benefit f... Read more
Review:It works! Our twin boys were sleeping 12 hours straight since they were 13 weeks old. We started them a week later then was recommended because we wanted to be sure the babies were ready. All the steps were easy to follow and they really worked. Make sure you and anyone else who is responsible for overnight care of your children are in agreement on how to follow the instructions in this book. If you are consistent it pays off. I recommend this book to all new parents. Read more
Review:This is a new translation (2006) of Freud's Interpretation of Dreams. I hope someone qualified might soon comment on the merits or significance of this new translation. Meanwhile, the Editorial Review information offered for this book comes from an earlier edition of a different translation of Freud's work, FWIW. And the second paragraph in the editorial review prelim is entirely inappropriate--it's for another book altogether.
I give Freud's book (not the translation) a low rating bec... Read more
