Review:I recommend this book to everyone! The characters can be identified with so easily. Everyone knows someone who is living a bit differently than they would have you believe. The story made me laugh, cry, and think about life and love. Beautifully crafted. Never liked to put this book down. Read more
Review:I have read many Sophie Kinsella books. I have re-read many of them. This will probably not be a re-read, but it was good. The characters were likeable. The plot was decent. It just seemed to be missing that extra oomph to make it a re-read book. Read more

Review:The Shadow Land is, first of all, a mystery wrapped in a troubled history. Young American girl inadvertently gets caught up in an expose of one of the worst periods in Bulgarian history, the gulags. Willing to suspend my disbelief about Bobby playing Holmes to her Watson, Bobby is an interesting character, but for me, their chance meeting is pushing the limits of disbelief. So is the dog they eventually befriend, who also has a history and part to play. The story of the Bulgarian work camps duri... Read more

Review:This book about Jane Yellowrock brings a new focus. Bobby is a special young man. No matter how old he will always be a young man. I love how emphasis was placed on his being so special and gifted. We all need to remember that some people around us are special and everyone is gifted in their own ways. It was heartwarming. Kits...gotta love them. Read more
Review:Probably the best in the series. Rachel has grown into her power and her relationship with Trent. There are many twists and growing excitement in this installment. Although all of the books are great, this one is my favorite thus far. Very satisfying. If you haven't been introduced to the Hollows yet, I recommend that you start at the beginning with Dead Witch Walking for character introduction. Truly excellent author in Kim Harrison!!! Read more
Review:Here's another book about a prep school student on scholarship who is a fish out of water. In this case, however, he's not a loner, and he's one of several students with realistic literary ambitions at a school whose reputation rests on its literary program. Each term is highlighted by a composition contest in the preferred genre of a visiting writer who judges the entries and grants the winner an hour-long dialogue. You don't have to love literature to love this book, but it probably helps. Rob... Read more
Review:This was a really sweet contemporary romance that I thoroughly enjoyed. It was a mix between a Susan Mallery and Kat Martin book - a lot of romance and a little suspense thrown in. This was the first book I've read by J.H. Croix and I can't wait to continue reading the series.
The book starts out with Gage Hamilton returning to Diamond Creek, Alaska to reopen the ski lodge that his grandmother left to him. He loved the place and wanted to get it up and running again after leaving the Navy... Read more
Review:Brad Thor weaves a great book based on real world threats to our country. Read his book and read current news and compare. It scares me to death that we are so much relying on technology.. Will you be able to access prescriptions, you money in the bank? Read this book. Read more
