Review:I had dropped sugar and simple carbohydrates from my diet a few years ago. When I do eat sugar I try to keep it under 10grams so I'm not really sure why I bought this book. However if you are a person who eats sugary products, sweet drinks or soda, and consumes a lot of simple carbohydrates then I would DEFINITLY recommend this book to lose weight. Review:This book colludes with people who want to be told how to live their lives. The "types" are cliches. And if you take the test more than once (as I did) you may find yourself becoming a different "type."
