Review:A wonderful classic. I bought this book to read aloud to my 9 year old. We loved the book, but I missed the illustrations from my childhood copy. Quentin Blake is a quirky and wonderful illustrator, but the moody illustrations by Nancy Ekholm Burkert seem better suited to the strange story. Review:There were no problems with Amazon. The story tales did not seem to be written for children. Several had sad endings and the vocabulary used is above and beyond most children's comprehension. Again, Amazon did a great job, this was my misunderstanding about Oscar Wilde's writings. Read more

Review:Good read, enjoyed the story. A little predictable but a few nice surprises. I hated the protagonist naming of the Dragon, every time I read it I could not help thinking of "Top Gun" I'll definitely read the next book, look forward to seeing how this story unfolds.
