Dark Storm (Carpathian Novel, A)
Dark Storm (Carpathian Novel, A)

Review:Pre-ordered and looked forward to it as I've read all the dark series several times over. This one is sluggish and just not up to the standard of the others. I usually finish one of her books in a single sitting. Been working on this one for days and keep waiting for something to happen. I'll think twice before I pay full price for any new books of hers. Night Game (GhostWalkers, Book 3)
Night Game (GhostWalkers, Book 3)

Review:This was the first book by Christine Feehan I have ever read and I bought it solely based on the reviews. It was barely an ok book and my biggest gripe with it was the 'french' that made me cringe every time it came up. It's not even 'France-french' as one reviewer put it-I speak France french having been born in a french-speaking country with french as my second language. Nobody I know-French or French speaking-uses the phrases Gator uses. The curses were ridiculous and the supposed endearments... Read more

Predatory Game (Ghostwalker Novel Book 6)
Predatory Game (Ghostwalker Novel Book 6)

Review:Another wonderful story about the Ghost Walkers. A few days before this book was released I re-read Shadow Game, Lily and Ry's story. I had fogotten how technical that book was and at times difficult to keep up with. This newest release had just enought technical information to keep it fun, intriguing and I wanted more. I found both Saber and Jess interesting and likeable. I highly recommend the entire series. Christine Feehan is a terrific story teller. If you haven't read her other book... Read more

Dark Legacy (Carpathian Novel, A)
Dark Legacy (Carpathian Novel, A)

Review:Very standard for this author. Having met a majority of the characters, they fell into their roles quickly and easily. I continue to be somewhat disappointed by the "bossiness" of the males, and the basic doormat actions of the females, ultimately. "Because I say so" seems to be the main reason the guys give - and the women accept this. No apparent amazement that the guy can make clothes out of nothing. But surprise that he manages to live despite being about killed. A few other things - but the... Read more

Fire Bound (A Sea Haven Novel)
Fire Bound (A Sea Haven Novel)

Review:Loved the book. Big fan of all of Mrs. Feehan's books. Although, this book "seemed" to start off slow; it. then picked up, real quick. But when it picked up, I'd missed a some things, like the plane ride with both of them on it . . . Also, when both of them was in denial of a relationship, especially him . . . Real convincing, then he's doing a three sixty and
saying, "There's no one else for me?" It was just hard to keep up/get in the rhythm of the book, in the beginning. It got better as I ... Read more

Murder Game (GhostWalkers, Book 7)
Murder Game (GhostWalkers, Book 7)

Review:This book definitely was about male dominance. I didn't care for the arrogance of the main male character, too macho for my taste. also the sexual scenes were about dominance for my tastes.
I did like the premise of this book and the locations. It was a nice variation of the Ghostwalker series. Read more
