Review:I’ve been a devoted fan of this culinary school trained chef for a number of years. Each recipe in Jenn’s beautiful cookbook has been “tested and perfected.” You can count on this book for inspiration, guided by gorgeous photos and tips from a pro for perfection. Her Braided Honey Challah, complete with braiding directions, is a showstopper and incredibly delicious, but then all Jenn’s recipes are. Every single one! Read more
Review:Just finished reading the book. I have started using the EOD, and I'm excited about it. May be, this time I will be successful - lose and not gain the weight back. It seems something that is totally doable: One day feast and next day modified fast. The only comment I would have is that the recommendations for the fast day is primarily frozen meals. I think this is the easiest way to get started and be successful. However, I think for long-term good health, you must move away from so many process... Read more
Review:As a fan of the Smitten Kitchen blog, I anxiously awaited this cookbook. It's fabulous and I can't wait to start making recipes. Deb writes in a voice that makes it fun to read. She gives great background to help navigate the recipes. Read more

Review:Just completed the 21 days and have lost 17 lbs. WOW! It was the easiest 17lbs I've ever lost. I am staying on this plan until I get to my desired weight, but may take a day or two off for special occasions. I does require a day or two of cooking on weekends to get the bone broth you need, but if you use a slow cooker, it's pretty simple and you can leave it to cook and not worry. Just strain and cool at the end. The broth you end up with is soul warming! I am not sure how this will feel ... Read more
Review:With an in-depth look into vegetarianism that spans over three chapters, as well as three extremely helpful chapters that give tips on making the change to and maintaining a vegetarian life. Flushed out with a heft seven chapters of of recipes, none of which are too overly complicated and all sound delicious, especially the chapter on vegetarian desserts. But the chapter on condiments is probably the most beneficial and interesting one. A good guide to a healthy way of life, its tips help keep y... Read more
Review:The recipes are great but honestly I have no idea what I was thinking ordering a cook book for my kindle. That platform is just not suitable for cook books. How am I going to flip through this to find what I want to cook? No idea. Clearly didn't think this the whole way through.
If you are going to buy this, and the recipes are certainly worth it, buy the actual book. Read more
Review:This is a great book. There is information on many ingredients you dont see in most cookbooks and lots of good tips. You dont have to be a vegetarian to own this cookbook (I'm not). Everyone needs side dishes! Although there are many things in this book that would do just fine as a main course. Read more
Review:Hi Tim! You are just so awesome for offering your ebook at such an affordable price. It shows how much you care about helping other people get healthy. My husband is over 300 pounds, diabetic and hypertensive. I hope to make some of these recipes for him . He is extremely picky and eats so much fast food or wants meat at every meal. Thank you for all you and Heather do to spread the plant based message. I love all your short videos you make on facebook too. The one about adding greens to your r... Read more
Review:Great recipes from America's Test Kitchen. As with most things from America's Test Kitchen, the recipes, hints, and tips are well researched.
This is a sizable book, over 450 pages and an inch thick, and as such is a little unwieldy on the counter top. Read more
